I came to Indigo in the winter, the first thing I did was go to the closet, it turned out that I couldn t get my wallet with me, I left my jacket in my pocket (after all, the times of theft had already passed, I thought). Two days later, SMS reports on bank cards began to arrive at night, a taxi ride minus money, then I realized someone was stealing from my card. While I was sorting out the taxi service (they thought they were stealing), new SMS began to arrive already with purchases not related to taxi services, from Multiplex, even minus the money. Moreover, the SMS indicated that the thief was using gpay, ligpay. Then I realized that the data had been stolen from me cards (the card was in place), blocked the card! Well, I think that's it, I'll go deal with the bank tomorrow, but no :) SMS reports from another card were pouring here! a completely different bank! and the map is also in place! the result is minus money. I also blocked the second card. I look at the wallet, I don t understand anything, and then I noticed that many things in the wallet are out of place, I know in what order I put the cards. And SMS with refusals continue to arrive.

The vocalist, presenter Yana - left an impression of the service in Indigo as something extremely unacceptable, not a single hint of friendliness towards visitors. The microphone is not working. I managed to sing only the last verse, and then (!) Only when my friends gave me their microphone. The mood was completely spoiled precisely from the dialogue with the presenter. In my understanding, a vocalist is a person who, in theory, should create an atmosphere and mood, and not spoil them. Of course, technology can malfunction, but this is not a reason to talk arrogantly and unkindly with customers!
However, after a couple of months, the situation has changed!
We were with a friend and we really liked it.
Excellent presenter and sound engineer. For such a service I really want to say thank you, leave a tip and go home in a good mood.

So what happens, only a select few of this world can visit this wonderful institution, and even then, if you like the "administrator" at the entrance? Since I did not manage to visit the institution itself, it is not possible for me to objectively assess it, but the impressions of communicating with the staff at the entrance remained extremely unpleasant and discouraged all the desire to relax in this institution.
As a result, the evening is ruined, the mood is ruined, precious time is wasted on negative emotions. I do not recommend anyone to become a guest of this inhospitable institution with such special requirements for face control.
