They need to replace their worn wooden doors, and the rates are far too high

The prices are way too high for what they are: old, poorly lit and in disrepair. Most of the doors need to be replaced, as a good many are crumbling. But, the staff are kind and caring

It is NOT 24 hours accessible. I am waiting for their $50 invoice for entering the facility before 10pm and getting locked in after 10pm; I had to call the emergency line to let me out and the attendant said it was my fault for remaining on the property after 10pm and $50 was the servicing fee. If the facility operators had posted on signs that the facility locks at 10pm on the front of their building, I would have used another facility that charges the same amount monthly and can be accessed 24 hours, especially in late hours when I need to get important docs for the next day and spent most of the evening driving through 2-hour Los Angeles grid lock. NO. This is NOT 24 hours accessible.

Great staff and very secure. We have stored there for years and are unit has stayed clean and dry. Staff is always attentive and eager to help. Plus you can't beat the price. We were looking for inexpensive storage, and this company beat all the others hands down. Would definitely recommend this to anyone

I recently placed my things in storage. The staff was very helpful, the grounds were free of debris, and I didn't have to jump thru hoops just to store my things.

Reasonable rates. Recently updated and painted units. Staff very friendly and always on top of administrative duties.

Great staff and oh yeah great prices! They always will answer your questions no matter how small they are. If they can give you an answer they will!

The place really needs new doors and some work. Eaten up wood, and the prices are a tad bit high, plus I found an enormous black widow spider in mine. At least the people who work there are always very nice and friendly.
