Food provided wasn't good, no options to choose apart from set menu. Rest was good.

Located very close to BOM International Airport, about 10 mins car/bus ride, with traffic.

We are in Peshwa Pavillion and the food and service was top quality

Excellent kebabs at a cost( bill for 2 people /without any drinks) that's equivalent to most BPO exployees monthly salary...oh, please take your own water, a bottle cost 650 rupees ..

The food was awesome of Peshawar and also we enjoyed buffet of coffee shop .
Excellent service has been given by mr vikas and mr vinay pandey they were attentive to us at all the movement thank you team

Had Lunch Buffet at the Peshawari, ITC Grand Maratha, service is terrible, food quality nothing to write about, ambience is good but nothing else is. Avoid if you can better to go-to any other hotel

Excellent staff who will make you feel comfortable. They will go extra levels to serve and make you feel at home.

Well managed and good customer service, worth visiting

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, good food. Service could do with some improvement. Second time here: first was just to eat at the Peshawari restaurant which was excellent, and second time to stay overnight after landing in Mumbai. Check-in was efficient but impersonal, check-out a bit slow, and service wasn't great in the Peshwa Pavillion for dinner and breakfast (but the setting is great). Not the best ITC I've stayed in but a great airport hotel nonetheless.

4 stars coz I've only been there for dinner...not aware about other experiences...but if only food quality is to be considered..then definitely deserves 5+ stars

Horrible experience. Not so pleasant when the hotel is busy. I told them as soon as I entered that my dad needs to go to hospital at 3pm. Still they took more than 2 hours to give me the key. After long checkin procedure they gave me the wrong key. Despite of all that I told them not to disturb my dad because he was resting. Told them to give the luggage in my room. Still they kept calling dad's room and someone was vacuuming outside the room. All he needed was an hour rest before we left for the hospital. But no that was too much to ask for from ITC maratha staff members.

I had a lovely time there. Peshawri has its own taste with their signature dish i.e Butter chiken and Dal makhani. Must try, truly recommended.

ITC is so different from western chains of hotels, it has a royal indian heritage touch and india's best restaurant chains

Their Peshawari restaurant is my all time favourite for tandoor food. Staff is the most cordial one I have experienced in all my other 5star hotel visits. Dum Pukht & Peshawari are most recommended for all you food lovers, rather may I say food connoisseurs.

Beautiful place in Mumbai, nice food, nice staff, and cleaning room. A bit problem with humidity, all the clothes was wet but it's about Mumbai wheather... Thanks a lot 4 all. Namaste

Had dinner with family@ITC Maratha near Airport. The food was excellent and their signature dish Daal Bukhara was awesome. Should you visit ITC Maratha try their signature dish Daal Bukhara@Peshavari Restaurant. You will definitely love it.

The hotel is very nice. Service by staff is very good. The boys serving snacks and starters to guests were very courteous and polite. The ambience was cool. I liked this hotel very much.

Good ambiance and nice food like ITC standerd. But south indian quisine need improvement. Specially Lemon Rice.
