Bob was very thorough and patient on explaining everything I need to know and answering my questions. I will see down the road how things go but for now I am feeling very positive that I made the right choice.

Jenny came to our house for my Husband new CPAP machine.
She was very professional, detail oriented and patience with both of us. She explained every detailed and addressed all our questions and concerns.
So far she is the best Respiratory therapist we have worked with. We thank Prism for sending therapist like her.

Bob Weber is a wonderful representative--knowledgeable, kind, cordial, caring, and interested in being as helpful as he possibly can. He also has an intuitive capacity to listen carefully and respond in a sincere manner. We in Judiasm call such a person a "Mensch," which basically means an exemplary human being who inspires trust and whose personality projects an ambiance which makes conversation pleasurable and highly informative. A "Mensch" is also a person who is eminently wise and who wears his wisdom graciously.

You at Prism Health are quite fortunate to have Bob in your employ. Not only does he provide an excellent introduction to your agency; in addition he does your entire organization proud.

Jim was excellent! He really put my mind at ease about using this machine. His voice was very calming and relaxing and he thoroughly explained all the parts of the machine, how it operates, and even walked me through installing the app. He gave a courtesy call about 20 minutes before arrival and was punctual, professional and respectful. He really gave outstanding customer service effortlessly! I'm looking forward to using the machine and changing my life!.

Incompetent liars. I tried buying a hospital bed f...

Incompetent liars. I tried buying a hospital bed from these jokers. My mom's doctor sent 3 different emails detailing the reasons she requires the bed so that medicare will cover the cost. Every time I called they claimed he hadn't emailed them. I sat in his office watching him fill out the email and send it. They kept pressing me to buy it out of pocket, I suppose because they make more money than from the medicare payments which are capped. Annoying.

I have continued to have problems ordering supplie...

I have continued to have problems ordering supplies, calls not being returned, only voice mail when calling to order.
I am being generous when i give 2 stars.
After ordering then supplies not shipped promptly.
It's a monthly struggle with them and i need these supplies forever.
I have to call multiple times for them to send in insuance claim..
If you use the website to order supplies you still have to call and order so that's pointless.
Maybe i will change companies...I am in customer service and this is not acceptable.
So frustrating!!!!!

Gennie is a great representative for the Prism home health care operation She is very observant open minded has a healthy understanding of how to relate in a positive way so as to engage the customer and build trust . Honestly after the rude incompetence I encountered prior to Gennie coming into the picture the Prism provider would have seen by me only in my rear view mirror. Fortunately Gennie visited me and brought with her a professional open spirit and a willingness to understand my perspective and offered to be a resource person for me going forward . With that said I look forward to giving Prism another look hopefully the second time around will produce a more positive healthy relationship Thanks Gennie for your professional insight and judgment I am still unable to access the products you offer and I have no ability to place my own order on line via your website

Anthony came by my house to assist in setting up my cpap machine and was patient and knowledgeable which made for a pleasant experience. He went through every detail to make sure I understood how to get the best results drum the machine. I ve had zero problems since!

Dave came over to my home and had the patience to go through the process of how to set-up, use, and clean my machine. He answered all of my questions and even made it as easy as possible for me to start using it by already updating all of the settings so that I wouldn t have to figure it out using the manual. I m very happy with the service that Dave provided!

I have had sleep apnea for 25 years and Prism was so informative that I wish I would came here years ago. Bob was my contact and was great. He took his time to explain everything about the machines and masks and answered all my questions very well. He made me feel very comfortable and positive about the equipment I received.

Mariam is completely knowledgeable about the C-PAP equipment I received today. She walked me through each aspect of use, maintenance, and cleaning of my equipment. Mariam helped me practice using the equipment and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I am grateful and appreciative of the assistance she provided today.

Sherry in customer service has been Awesome. I have worked in a call center customer service environment for 25 years plus and I am very particular on getting good service. Sherry has this covered 100%. She was very patient and understanding and I would recommend Prism to anyone needing medical equipment. Thank you Sherry you are Awesome!

Mariam was great! She thoroughly explained how to set up and use the machine. She reviewed when and how to clean the required parts - such as face mask, hose, humidifier container, etc. She was friendly and had me practice putting on the face mask, removing the container for the distilled water and reviewed the different settings on the screen among other things. She reviewed everything I needed to know about using this machine and it was a pleasant experience. I had written a list of questions to ask her and she answered every one to my satisfaction. Many of them were covered as she explained the machine. I had some anxiety when I walked into this store but I left feeling confident.

I visited Prism Health Services to pick up my new breathing machine
at the door I was welcomed by one of the employee who had to check my temperature and do a little survey ( Covid- 19 procedure ) the men was very nice and polite , than I was directed to office room of Bob Weber who did all pezentation of my new equipment and explained all the ditails how the machine works , over all very pleasent expirence highly recomended

Horrible customer service....as soon as I can I am switching to a different company. Setting up the machine and instructing us on how to use it was fine but once you go to order supplies forget it. Can't get a hold of anyone and they do not return phone calls. Billing department is just as bad.

Jim was a wonderful person to teach us everything we needed to know about the sleep apnea machine. He put us immediately asst ease with his kind hearted manner and pleasant personality. He seemed so experienced, not a stone was left unturned. He's conscientious, he's prompt, he's agreeable. Anyone would be lucky to get Jim to learn from. And even learn a wise way to live life.

Miriam made a scary situation actually fun! When I put the mask on, and trying to hide my rising claustrophobia panic, she picked up on it right away and took measures that not only calmed me, but made me feel relaxed! I will definitely be getting my CPAP dependent husband on board with Miriam and Prism!

OMG - they sat on the prescription the doctor called in on the 17th for almost a week and then tried to blame the delay on Christmas. They also took their sweet time processing a refill request that I did in late September which is causing me more out of pocket costs. Highly unprofessional. They don t care about their patients. Go elsewhere.

Just completed my TeleHealth training session with...

Just completed my TeleHealth training session with Bob Weber.. Bob did an excellent job explaining the equipment I will be using. He took his time and went step by step to ensure that I completely understood how the equipment functions, how to use it and what to expect while using the equipment.. He asked after each step of the training if I had any quesitions to be ensure I felt comfortable using the equipment. He had a thorough knowledge of the equipment and a compassion for the new user.
He is a Great Instructor

This was the worst experience with a company I hav...

This was the worst experience with a company I have ever had. They have no respect for their clients at all. Hilary who I first talked to was not helpful and very rude, she also tried to blame everything on the doctors which was a lie. I then spoke to James in scheduling who is super condescending and rude as well as unpleasant to speak to. They made me wait 6 weeks in total to get an appointment since my sleep study. They also then made it super difficult to schedule. When I finally had a date they rescheduled on me for someone being sick which I am sure was a lie. James then proceeded to make me feel like I should be grateful that they are manager.

Update!!!
Gennie came today and was amazing, she helped me and was everything I could have hoped for. I appreciate all of her hard work and her time. She is the diamond in the rough of this company. Thank you Gennie!!

Final update:
I was informed that my insurance would work to order supplies from them. I waited 10 days after ordering and they called me again after 10 days of me placing the order to tell me they do not accept my insurance. This is the worst company in the world and hope they go out of business

Didn't place my order when I called in December an...

Didn't place my order when I called in December and didn't let me know. So my insurance deductible is now not met because it is 2020. Now they say I have to go see my Dr. again before they will send my part for CPAP.

Ordered everything I needed, mask, hose, nose piece for resmed 10 with dreamwear from Amazon for half the price and it will be here tomorrow without being forced to go see the doctor and pay another 80 bucks for that.

between Youtube and Amazon there is no need to use this company for anything unless you enjoy spending extra money and time.
