If I could give no star rating I would. The EMTs are the only good thing about this service. Very courteous and helpful. I sympathize with many of them. Their transportation vehicles need 100% upgrades. Always a mechanical issue and their stairs chairs are always malfunctioning.The management team needs massive upgrades when it comes to dealing with customers. They'll rope you in for the first couple of months then start to show their bad side. They'll come late for you so you end up late for your appointments. No call or anything to notify you. It's a good thing my mother who was wheelchair bound was doing stairs exercise and is able to navigate stairs to go to and from her appointments after they dropped her without notice. This is the absolute worst ambulance services in New York. I highly recommend you do NOT use this for any patient transport. They will constantly continue to give excuses for their tardiness. I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional services.

I utilized Priority One Ambulance to transport a family member into their home after surgery and had a very positive experience overall. The two EMS responders (Danielle & Eddie) handled the patient with care, empathy and demonstrated patience. They arrived on time and made the transport a smooth one. They also took the necessary precautions and used the required PPE equipment during this pandemic which was much appreciated. If needed, I will utilize Priority One Ambulance s service again.

Best service ever. Chris and his workers cares about their clients. My mother Charlotte Deddo feels very safe with them. They are always on time. I highly Recommend them. Keep up the good work.

This company is great! Chris quickly organized everything while Danielle and Eddie transported, handled and safely got my dad up the stairs and in the house. They are extremely accommodating and professional. They took the worry and stress out of a stressful situation. I highly recommend this company.

We used Priority One to take my Aunt to her doctors appointment last week. I want to thank Anthony and Leo for being so attentive and making a difficult trip so smooth and easy for my aunt. We will definitely use your service again as well as recommend Priority One to everyone we know.
