If I could give no star rating I would. The EMTs are the only good thing about this service. Very courteous and helpful. I sympathize with many of them. Their transportation vehicles need 100% upgrades. Always a mechanical issue and their stairs chairs are always malfunctioning.The management team needs massive upgrades when it comes to dealing with customers. They'll rope you in for the first couple of months then start to show their bad side. They'll come late for you so you end up late for your appointments. No call or anything to notify you. It's a good thing my mother who was wheelchair bound was doing stairs exercise and is able to navigate stairs to go to and from her appointments after they dropped her without notice.
