Unhelpful, negligent staff. They wrote the wrong address on my international package, causing a week of stress and hassle and were unhelpful in retrieving it. They didn't put a phone number on a tracked (!) international shipment, nor did they declare the value of the package. In the worst case scenario, their incompetence would have meant that I wouldn't even have been able to claim for the value of the lost package.

Worst ever service experience, even on basic photocopy services. :(

We shipped several packages from Cheltenham to the US. MBE was very helpful in answering my initial questions and taking my shipment and payment, but that is where the helpfulness ended. Their customer support is the worse I have ever encountered.

All of the packages arrived fine, except two. I waited several more days in case they were separated from the others, but they failed to show. When we originally shipped the packages MBE told us to email them if we had any questions or issues and they would promptly respond. So, I emailed MBE to request their help. A few more days passed without a response. (Don't waste your time emailing MBE as they never responded to any of the several emails I sent. The only way I could get any response from MBE was to place an international call.) I then started my own investigation of what happened by contacting the shipper, Parcel Force, and learned that they had returned the two boxes to MBE as they contained some items that could not be shipped. (FYI, Parcel Force is excellent to work with and performed a significant amount of investigation to find my boxes and provide me with the detail information needed.) I then contacted MBE who had no clue of the boxes being returned. I provided them with the package tracking numbers and told them they received the boxes 6 days earlier and they were signed for the D Owen, who turned out to be the owner.

After 2 additional days MBE finally admitted they had the packages, would open them and remove the unshippable items. After 6 more days MBE finally got around to doing this. (I only found this out by placing another international call.)

After another 7 days, several more international calls by me, and some additional charges the boxes were finally shipped and ultimately received.

The bottom line message to all this is DON'T USE MBE CHELTENHAM. They are only interested in helping you if there is money involved for them. They made many promises, but failed to live up to any of them...even those made by the owner, David Owen. I would give them a 0 star rating, but 1 star is the lowest I can give.

Slow and massively over priced delivery service, used a couple of times and hate having to pay through the nose for an average at best service.

This is the worst shipping company I have ever used before. They dont even deserve one star. I should give them negative one star.

Just collected Great quality business stationary set, cards are digitally enhanced with real impact. Design ideas great .... staff helpful and attentive and all in 4 days.

Great packing & shipping job done on valuable oil painting. Price fair as well.

What a company !!! Cannot fault this company for service, prompt delivery and well packed. Paid for shipping on auction items yesterday, and they arrived today. Given the current climate they deserve more than 5 stars. Well done and thank you from 2 very satisfied customers.

The team has always gone above and beyond to make sure my packages arrive on time. I value their work ethic ensure great customer service!
