An absolute nightmare to try and contact. Prices are increased exponentially annually with 0 service. Getting a simple response to an email or call is like pulling teeth. We have little control over the management groups of our HOAs, but this has been a nightmare of an experience from day 1 of living in my townhome.

Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen with these folks - steer clear of any properties managed by this group if looking for a home. I wish I had known prior to purchasing just how terrible they are. Also - to the person managing the generic contact customer service responses to these reviews the entire frustration is in not being able to contact the group.

They do NOT answer phone or return calls!! But keep sending there ppl to drive by and take pictures and send notices! How I m supposed to respond to the notice if y all never answer the phone or call me back?!?!

I have been calling them since Tuesday March 10, 2020 and waited on the phone for at least 2 hrs per day until today Monday March 16, 2020 and still no one answer the phone. It kept saying that they have high call volumes. What a freaking joke. Do they even exist?

another scam property management company. they are quick to take your money, but no one is actually there to manage your properties. they spend alot of time chasing after hoa elected officials. after 1st month, nothing.

*EDITED* - they responded they can t find my information yet I have MULTIPLE emails with their customer service department saying a manager will contact me. We re on week threes waiting on said email

Our HOA switched over to this one and they took absolutely forever to send anything out. I had already made my payment to my previous HOA and I reached out to this one the second I found out to ensure that the payment was received. Not only did they not, when I have been paying my assessments on time, NO WHERE did it state anything was late until AFTER I made what I thought was my April assessment. TWO months later you want to charge me late fees for a payment I was under the impression carried over?

Also they raised the pieces and are claiming to be fixing our pool that had water damage from the storm TWO months ago? And that the repairs would take all year since they said they would Assess reopening next year?

They also claim the water bill went up cause of the pipes yet the city said they would pick up that tab.

I also emailed them about an issue last week and still haven t heard back.

Repulsive customer service yet quick to reply when it comes to wanting their money.

I am a new home owner and have been trying to reach them since March 16th 2020. Have never been helped, today is July 8, 2020. They are quick to take my money but do nothing for the community.What a disappointment.

The customer service representative I spoke with, Aquanetta Smith, listened to my concerns, addressed them professionally and provided me with the information needed to resolve the issues I contacted them to address. She was courteous, professional and understanding. Her communication and interpersonal skills made what could have been an unpleasant exchange a very accommodating and pleasant one.

OMG:For the fence repair I requested about a year back when one or two pickets were missing but till today 7/9/2020 no one has time to get it fix and finally I got notice of Violation from City Of Irving Code Enforcement Dept.
I have forwarded to Managment company.Let's see when this is taken care of.BTW:This is for Walnut Hill Homeowners association.
Your office should find my info if I am lucky.

We used to have different company to manage Stone creek Addition in Euless but since 'Principle Management Group of North Texas' took over, Can't contact them, NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!! My HoA bill got higher!!! Tried to contact but no one answer the phone don't know how to pay bill online.
I don't think this company doing any thing in our neighborhood!!! lots of car in the street, people are rent out a single room, getting so crowed, very few people trim their front yard grass!!!! This company is a SCAM!!! Does anyone know where to report about this company???
