Due to the scarcity of Hybrid Bikes in these days. Today the kids and I made a 4hr drive from Washington DC to Brielle Cyclery, New Jersey to pick up 2 Trek FX 2 s for my 9 and 11 year old. First let me say I have a large family and this is my 6th purchase of the Trek FX series from dealers ranging from Maryland, Northern Virginia , DC to Delaware in the last 2 months. So I have had the privilege of visiting at least 9-10 Trek dealers in the process. I am also a 20 Year Air Force Veteran who has had the privilege of visiting bike dealerships across the continental U.S and also Europe.
My experience represented by Ms. Katharine who happens to also be the owner was phenomenal. Their Selection was amazing, their staff very cordial and courteous. I wish I could give a higher than 5 Stars. I was treated like I was buying a full spec d Di2 ($5,000 plus) road bike. Meaning I was treated like royalty.
She made the 4 hr drive back home very well worth it. I will VERY highly recommend Brielle cyclery.

Brielle cyclery is a beautiful store with nice inventory and a family-run feel to it. Kathy and Digger were both very helpful. I drove 90 minutes to pick up a bike there that was not available locally. If I lived closer, there's no doubt this would be my go-to bike shop.

Brielle Cyclery remains my go to bike shop. I had new brakes installed, which in terms of safety, is probably the most important piece of equipment on the bike. I knew when I left the shop that I could hop on the bike and ride away with confidence and no fear of a poor installation. Prices are fair. Service is friendly and everything is fully explained. I can always count on Brielle Cyclery to come through.

You guys have a way of being supportive to an individuals biking life style over the long term. This is so important, from my first to my second mountain bike, gear, proper care on my end, maintenance especially during the challenges of COVID getting repairs and support. You guys are there for the biking community all the way.

Brielle cycles has an incredible inventory of bikes for all levels of biking. They have a whole store across the street just for kid's.The staff & bike mechanics are top notch. Plus they have pretty much any product that goes with having a bike or multiple bikes. I have been shopping there for years & an never disappointed. Their pricing is also competitive.

The entire experience was awesome. Being made to feel like I am a priority made me comfortable. The friendliness of the staff along with the quality of products and the service given when purchasing gave me piece of mind that I was in good hands with knowledge friendly people.

Joe helped us with our purchase and was so thorough and informative. We learned so much! Took his time in explaining and showing us bikes and how they worked, it made us feel very good about our purchase. What a great asset he is to the store! We bought three bikes here and it is about 35 minutes away. Will recommend Brielle Cyclery to friends and family and will definitely be back.

Nice buying experience with Brielle Cyclery. I found a specific bike on the Trek website that Brielle had on order. Because 2020, there were some delays on getting bike in, but they stayed in communication with me and worked with me throughout. Great job on the set up, and their mechanic took some time to detail how to ride and maintain tubless tires. Very happy. Nice shop too. Busy and well run.
