Going into a solicitors, or other legal location, can prove quite daunting for various reasons for some people, however our experience has been nothing but feeling at ease as soon as you are greeted by any member of staff.
My wife & I have been very impressed with the service we received from Primrose & Gordon while selling our cottage. We had a large number of viewings which attests to their marketing ability The conveyancing was handled by John Lawson who displayed the perfect combination of legal knowledge, calm efficiency and excellent interpersonal skills making what could have been a difficult experience actually quite stress free. He was ably supported by staff who were pleasant and unfailingly helpful. I can highly recommend Primrose and Gordon. We first used them 7 years ago then again for our current house move which culminated in us moving into our new home last week. I first went to Primrose & Gordon for my salon lease. I won't lie, I didnt have a clue! Mr Lawson helped me through each part and explained it in terms I could understand. I have also had a few issues with harrassment and they where super efficient at sending letters and helped it to settle. I have just completed a lease for a new property after another fell through (thankfully, as the landlords definitely shown their colours). Without the very high standard of detail Mr Lawson works at I may have been stuck with terrible landlords. As such I have a brilliant new landlord and great lease. I've picked up some new skills myself, but was confident and understood every part of the process thanks to Primrode & Gordon.
