I had high hopes based on the website, but my experience fell short. The customer service was not as responsive as I had anticipated, and my order took longer to arrive than expected. 🚚 When it did arrive, the quality didn’t quite match what was advertised. It felt like I received a different product altogether. 😕 While the concept is appealing, the execution needs improvement. I’m uncertain if I’ll give it another try.
