DON'T BE DISCOURAGED BY THESE REVIEWS!!! I've ordered twice in the past month and DIDN'T come across ANY issues whatsoever. My items were correct and my shipments have arrived on time.. even earlier than expected. I will gladly continue to shop here and support this brand/company/business.

Quality is questionable, these slides were purchased from a 3rd party retailer but quality is questionable. The slides were worn for a few months and they began to fall apart. Primitive and support, are no help. Not sure about quality of other products but slides should not fall apart like this.
Received two shirts but the one below is just awful. I emailed the support service but I am realizing that I won't probably get an email back because other people with similar problems like me did not. The 1st problem with the shirt is that it looks nothing like the picture on the website. I understand that not all tie-dyes look the same but the problem is that the bottom half isn't even tie-dye. Second, the shirt is HUGE! like I thought I mistakenly chose a large but the label says medium, like the other shirt i ordered. The one below is an inch larger than the other shirt! So far I am receiving bad service from Primitive and I will no longer buy products from them unless they get back to me.
Terrible customer service, I ordered a hoodie and it said it got delivered but it never showed up. I tried contacting them about it and all the said was check around my area or if someone else got it for me. Obviously I already checked, plus no one else could have accepted it, and it was purely insulting that they assumed I wouldn t have already done that. I replied saying I already did that when it said delivered and they did not care to even acknowledge or respond.
All in all it s been an absolute trash experience
I have placed many orders from this website and really didn t have any problems until I placed a preorder. This was back in November 2020 we are going into February and I have yet to receive anything I have called with no response and emailed with no luck. I e contacted them on social media and again no response. I don t understand how you can charge me for a product you have not even put out out or sent to me but cannot contact me we I have reached out. It has been two months on the dot and I have heard nothing back from them. Terrible customer service
I ordered 2 naruto X prim shirts and two champion sweat pants. I never received my package at all. 200 down the drain.
Terrible customer support. I purchased a face mask but within a few days the stitching on one of the bands came right off. I reached out to customer support with no response for months and still nothing. I left a one star review on the website and was taken down. Its not worth it in the long run no matter who is behind the product, PROD, or of the quality etc. This makes me rethink if I ever want to wear primitive clothing ever again. Small things like this is unacceptable and should be taken care of. I don't care how much I paid, at the end of the day I am a paying customer and should get some help with a product that's not functioning well. Imagine I get covid due to the mask breaking in a middle of a store or something. Who knows what could happen.
Rethink your customer support and what your doing. The reviews on here speak for itself. The website doesn't allow critical reviews. Glad I can leave it here and show the world how bad of a rep Primitive actually has. Complete joke people working behind the scenes.
I had the worst customer service from this company first they canceled my order without verifying with me first then they didn t email me back for a week and all the shirts that I ordered we sold out and when I asked about it they never gave me an explanation and then when I wanted to get new shirts to exchange with my canceled order they lied about the shirts I wanted saying that they were sold out which they weren t because I checked the online store and they were all stock. I emailed them back now I m waiting to see what s gonna happened.
I changed my review because of Primitive's response. I did have a terrible experience with my order, but this was largely due to FedEx and not Primitive. When my package was marked as Delivered by FedEx (and the package wasn't actually delivered), Primitive told me the package wasn't insured (as it was under $100 and as is their policy) but they encouraged me to contact authorities and follow any legal routes available to me to recover the order or my money - that kind of transparency and understanding meant a lot.
I did eventually get my order (FedEx magically found a package they had 'delivered'), but there are still two pieces of criticism I have of Primitive in the realm of user experience.
1) I had to dig to find a tracking number. I couldn't see it on the page with my order, and I had to sort through email in order to find the one with the link. If this link were more prevalent and included on the order on Primitive's website, it would be easier to find and would reduce frustration.
2) Orders under $100 aren't insured. With shipping, the single deck I ordered came to just over $70. This means that Primitive purposely set that dollar insurance bar just over the cost of a single deck. $70 is a significant amount to a lot of people, and setting this bar at this level means that Primitive is more interested in making money than getting boards to people. Of course, a business has to make money to continue. But would it hurt Primtive's bottom line that much if they dropped that auto-insured level to $60 to cover decks? I know it would make customers feel a lot better.
I kept my review at a 3, in part due to the top two reasons and in part because Primitive is responsible for including FedEx as a shipping option (and that company was the root of the issues with my order).
