After providing earnest money for our first home, we did not receive a response from the seller's realtor, Francisco Torres, for days. We called him countless times. Additionally, we called the Prime Realty Group office. To our surprise, the property we agreed to purchase decreased (tremendously). With that, we made nonstop calls over the weekend to figure out what was going on... Today, is Monday... now the property we believed to be our first home is under contract. This comes after we already were approved by the bank to make the purchase. Francisco Torres (in my opinion) was extremely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of adequate communication.

Communication is essential in business, especially with large transactions like the purchase of a new home. Isn't there a strict code of ethics in real estate? I will be reaching out soon to speak with a principal broker in the firm before moving forward with a formal complaint.

This Company is such a joke. The business is so unbelievably bad it almost feels like a scam. Big Waste of time, do yourself a favor avoid this company at all cost. Run around after run around just to be lied to and lied to. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Want to tie up property and threatened to take client's elsewhere

I rent from them in lumberton, just started renting my second house from them and couldn't be happier. Once we had a major issue with the pipes and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. We plan to stay in our current rental house for a long time until we're ready to buy. Recommend!

I CALLED BECAUSE I WAS INTERESTED IN A HOUSE THAT LISA LUCADOU LISTED & TOLD HER I hAVE A PRE-APPROVAL & READY TO BUY A HOUSE, SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS VERY RUDE & SAID SHE CAN NOT SHOW ME THE HOUSE BECAUSE SHE WAS GETTING SOME WORK DONE ON HERS . I aSKED HER fOR THE BUILDER INFORMATION & SHE IGNORED ME , THIS IS MY FIRST HOME PURCHASE & I REALLY NEEDED SOME HELP THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
