Had excellent dealings with this agency. Kate found me a temp job the same day and already had a temp to perm job lined up for when the first one finished. Very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for her agency workers.

When i found i needed to move my career in a different direction i contacted Prime Appointments, getting through to a lady called Kirsty. Explaining my circumstances and requirements , Kirsty started the ball rolling almost immediately. I have to say within just a few days, Kirsty called me back and advised me of a few positions , i accepted to be put forward, few days later Kirsty had set up an interview, resulting in later that same day Kirsty again calling me to advise i had been successful.

From start to finish, i was handled so professionally thus truly believe, if it was not for the acute persona and great perseverance from Kirsty thus such a professional way of dealing with my request of employ and to see it through, is the most, best experience i have ever had in my working career, from working through an agency for permanent employment.

I truly cannot thank Prime appointments enough, though my special mention must go to Kirsty,. Note to managers, Kirsty should be rewarded, pay rise?, because of this outstanding service, l have told so many people to contact you for possible opportunity. Well done, supurb.

Worst communication ever worst Agency ever !!

They pick and choose who they want to work if your face don t fit they don t help you especially in the care only want you if you can drive far won t give you work in your area . Students overworked on there visa and working for other agencies . If you don t take a shift there rude to you and send you abusive messages asking why you can t do the shift ! Awful place

Fantastic service, found suitable work within a few days with plenty of overtime so when I needed a job fast prime appointments really worked hard for me, I feel looked after even though I m currently out of work due to the virus but everyone at prime appointments are so professional updating me on a continuous basis.

I was very impressed by the staff at their offices on Witham. The registration process is very thorough but worthwhile in the end. At all stages I have been kept informed - usually a 'phone call with a follow up email to confirm the conversation (thank you Holly!).

I was worried about my relocation back from Scotland after nearly 30 years together with being in the 60+ age group - but Prime Appointments has worked very hard on my behalf.

I would highly Recommend Prime Appointments without hesitation. I Got a call from Luke early December 2016, after he saw my CV online, for a job I didn't even know was available. Within 2 weeks I had an interview then on the 9th January 2017 I started the job Just 4/5 weeks from the initial phone call to starting the job!

I spoke with Luke and Holly on various occasions, either on the phone or via email and they were always very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This is my second time of finding work with the folks at Prime and it was the first choice when the need came round again. The first was a stop gap between jobs and they quickly found me somewhere local where I could just keep ticking over. This second time is a more long term requirement and again they came up with the goods.
On both occasions I've had to wait less than a week to have the perfect job presented to me and on both occasions the employers have taken me on, showing me that Prime knows exactly how to match clients with suitable candidates.

This agency has got to be one of the best around, I Was with another agency who was appalling, so changed to prime appointments and have not been let down what so ever which is great. Registered on a Friday and was in work by the Monday.
This is the real deal people if you want work they will give you it with no messing around with great rates too and wages are always paid on time with none of this ringing up business saying you ain t been paid.
The staff are brilliant and are always in contact to check you are ok.
They know how to keep there employees happy and look after you.

I do not normally use agencies, but, the way Prime approached/contacted me was different and induced me to respond. Registering with Prime Appointments was one of the best decisions I made. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. All the members of staff at the Essex office were very welcoming and eager to help me register with the agency.
