I'm a return customer. I have always had a good buying experience with them.
My last order was a Noctua thermal paste, but the packaging was 2 years old. Luckily the performance of the paste is as expected even thought it dried out a little. They should be careful not to send out old stock to customers.

Trustworthy, reasonable rates and prompt delivery. Found this site through AMD and like the new ryzens they do not disappoint. The only issue, not with prime abgb but India, is that prices for pc components are vastly more expensive than their western counterparts due to outrageous taxes. That aside, I still recommend prime for reasons stated above.

1. Specific call support ( once I opted for tech support, and asked if they could update bios before shipping and they said they can do that for an extra fee, nice!)
2. Lowest prices on almost all product category.
3. Lots of payment options.
Now, cons-
Tracking details may not be updated, you have to contact them if not.
Edit: Tracking details are now updated correctly, made a few consequent purchases.

I brought zotac geforce GTX 1060 6gb mini. It was a great card. The performance and graphics are stunning. Solid 60 fps in FHD and even higher. The best card I ever had. Prime abgb service is good.

I can't even cancel my order cuz there is no option for that in their website. The problem is only with the customer support, they do not reply to emails, and calls are inaudible most of the times. The website is not always updated so before ordering confirm the stock availability by call.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the product and delivery with only hope that ABGB Pvt. Ltd. could fasten the delivery process for its items. The Cabinet is extremely spacious and a must have for avid gamers. Apart from this it is also one of the best looking cabinets available there in the market today. Highly recommended.
