The invitations are stunning, and have received many compliments. They are even more impressive than the photos! Madonna was very helpful and lovely to work with. I would recommend ordering the invitations and sending through the final guest list well in advance.
I placed an order to have my place cards, seating plan and bon-bon tags to be done by Madonna and she just stopped responding to my emails so a week prior to my wedding (over Christmas break) I had to source a new supplier which was extremely difficult because everyone was closed!! Madonna caused me so much stress on the week of my wedding. I was so disappointed at how unprofessional someone in the wedding business can be. Very unreliable and unacceptable!!! She is still not returning any of my emails.
Agrees to jobs but does not commit. Half way through the design of place cards, table seating and gift tags for my brother & sister-in-law wedding she disappeared off the face of the earth. Has not responded to any emails, but has the ability to make posts and block my sister-on-law on Instagram. This woman does not deserve your business!
Loved my invitations for my wedding in May. They were gorgeous and custom designed for us. We ordered a seating chart and place cards last minute and nothing was ever too much trouble. Very happy. I would happily recommend. Hannah & Josh G.
Had a very horrible experience with this company, paid for all of my invitations up front had an rsvp for the 1st of feb ( our wedding was in March ) the order was placed at the end of November, a post appeared on Facebook saying that she was closing from the 20th of December to the end of February as she was going overseas. Both my husband and myself left numerous messages and emails for her as we were very stressed we would not get out invites in time. We got no responses to our phone messages or emails, our invitations arrived on Xmas eve ( thank god ) however they arrived with 25 envelopes missing! I contacted Maddona who was overseas at the time who finally decided to reply to my Facebook message saying that her husband would send them out to us as he was still in Melbourne.... Still waiting for those envelopes to arrive... 6 months after our wedding!.....,I ended up going and buying additional envelopes even though I had paid for the ones that were never sent! It's such a shame as our invitations were beautiful however defiantly not worth all of the stress and running around trying to replace things that were already paid for. Not worth giving your business to.
