Had a very horrible experience with this company, paid for all of my invitations up front had an rsvp for the 1st of feb ( our wedding was in March ) the order was placed at the end of November, a post appeared on Facebook saying that she was closing from the 20th of December to the end of February as she was going overseas. Both my husband and myself left numerous messages and emails for her as we were very stressed we would not get out invites in time. We got no responses to our phone messages or emails, our invitations arrived on Xmas eve ( thank god ) however they arrived with 25 envelopes missing! I contacted Maddona who was overseas at the time who finally decided to reply to my Facebook message saying that her husband would send them out to us as he was still in Melbourne.... Still waiting for those envelopes to arrive... 6 months after our wedding!.....,I ended up going and buying additional envelopes even though I had paid for the ones that were never sent! It's such a shame as our invitations were beautiful however defiantly not worth all of the stress and running around trying to replace things that were already paid for. Not worth giving your business to.
