I don t get this business.

If you advertise kayak rentals for half a day, why are you closing from 1pm to 4 pm when the vast majority, if not all, your half-day rentals of the morning would get back?

And if you rent half a day kayak rentals in the morning, why don t you take care of letting those people know you would be closed at their return?

But even more importantly, if you rent half a day kayaks, and don t make people pay in advance, then why closing at their return?

Maybe you should consider this as a business owner:

1. Don t close or
2. Stop advertising half a day rentals. Make it only full day rentals, make them payables in advance and let the customers know what to do at their return if the shop is closed.

But above all, is the most important part:

If in the event the person who rent half a day kayak wait more than 2 hours to return his, make it a priority to take care of it. Actually as clients only pay when they return their kayaks, make it a priority to take care of them.

Would you consider a restaurant owner intelligent if he makes sure every guests who enter the restaurant are seated while the people who want to pay have to wait four hours?

Yes, the best is to affect a person to each individual task, but in the event of duality I think I would focus on the ones who owned me money first. Specially when they have already consumed my product.

Good service and welcome, the guys are kind and provide excellent directions and assistance. The agency is located in the ideal place to start visiting the coast. Too bad we were provided with a really heavy double kayak! I think he weighed at least 70kg, because my girlfriend and I couldn't lift him and it was really difficult to drag him to the beach, as well as the extra effort to paddle. I think that perhaps having booked the last places available they gave us one of the last "emergency" kayaks, because the others weighed less than half, we found this by lifting one left on the beach by other customers. So my advice to Prima Sardegna is to eliminate these kayaks and replace them with the other model, because this fact spoiled the experience a bit. Instead, I advise future customers to have the type and weight of the kayak specified at the time of booking.

Nicola picked us up from Olbia airport with a very big smile, which is a memorable start to our holiday in Sardinia! :) He's a very good driver and has loads of local knowledge. Their pricing is really good compared to other companies we checked. Nicola and his colleague were very helpful and responsive to our messages and inquiries. They offer a range of services for local activities, and we really liked their casual approach as they didn't actively try to sell things to us. :) We asked Nicola for a ride to our next city, and we had a nice chat throughout the journey. High quality tourist service, they speak French, the skipper is excellent and very available, even at the end of the high season (we were there at the end of August), the rented equipment is in perfect condition. A good address.

Many companies in the port of Cala Gonone offer the same services, but I think Prima Sardegna is really above. A very professional team (who speak French) and attentive to the customer. In addition, the price / quality ratio is really good.

We went out on a tramontane day and our skipper was exceptional. His boat no longer holds any secrets for him, which allows him to enter mouse holes (even with a strong swell) to make you discover magnificent caves.

If like us, you hesitate, I advise you.

We took the cajaks for two days and slept on one of the beaches. We aren't extremely sportif, but can approximately run 10km. This was enough to go to Cala Sisine, where we tried to sleep. However, a guy wanted money and sleeping without a tend was not allowed. He provided tents for 20 per person and day. The sand beach Cala Luna is perhaps better adapted to sleep, expecially since former is a stone beach.

You get from Prima Sardegna dry bags and a dry box, which is absolutely water proof. In there, mobile phones, ID cards and money (!!!) can be transported.

Short: it was wonderful and exhausting.

We were there spontaneously and rented 2 kayaks for 4 hours. The whole thing was very straightforward and we could arrange everything in English. It was also okay in terms of price.
The only criticism is that the introduction could have been a little more detailed and understanding for people who have never been kayaking before.

But in general you can only recommend a kayak tour from Carla gonone towards cala luna. It was a dream.

Great company. We did a reservation via mail for two kayaks. All went well and the communication was excellent. Prize for renting a kayak for a day was 30,- so not very expensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gear was in good condition and easy to manage. We kayaked from Cala Gonone to Cala Luna and did some stops on the way. An amazing route with breathtaking views and stunning blue water. Ciao!

Kind and helpful, at the end of the day they also offered us the chance to take a shower and settle in before going out for dinner. From a rental center I did not expect so much hospitality in this sense!

We were well advised on the itinerary

We rented a large rubber dinghy through our agriturismo from this provider for one day for 350 EUR to 4 including skipper, gasoline and snorkeling equipment in October 2020. When we saw the other full boats on the beach, we knew that it was the right decision to rent a boat exclusively. The dinghy was big and very well maintained and clean. Our friendly skipper Manuel is a native Sardinian and explained the whole Gulf of Orosei to us in good English and showed us the most beautiful bays and beaches. Knowing the area, he can also go to some of the grottos. We personally found Cala Mariolou and Cala Luna to be the most beautiful. The cliffs behind the beaches and the crystal clear water are fascinating and uniquely beautiful. The advantage over rubber dinghies, which you can drive yourself (even without a driver's license), is that you have someone with experience who knows how and where best to moor and you can drive through more bays with the faster boat. Great place to go for kayak and boat trips in Cala Gonone.

Prima Sardegna has truly been a fabulous experience! The people who work there are incredibly kind. In addition to what they offer, they give you lots of super useful advice: beautiful places that are not known etc. Their prices are really very affordable. They are really cool and leave you self-sufficient with their rented equipment.
I went alone for 3 days in a kayak and it was magical: from the caves, to the beaches, to sailing under the stars ... In short, I can only recommend Prima Sardegna! Happy Holidays

Good service at fair prices for a truly fantastic trip to a gulf that has no equal. Compared to 6 years ago maybe there was no bathing in every place on the coast that you wanted like in the caves but all in all it is more than good so 60 per person spent well.

I recommend this organization which offers mini cruises. In addition to being professional, they are friendly and welcoming. We had exchanges by email before our departure from France, thank you to Chiara for her kindness and responsiveness in responding to emails. In addition, she speaks French!

Nice staff wich helped us speaking spanish and well mantained material. We rented kayaks to visit la Grotta di Bue marino and Cala Luna and it was a very nice experience.
I found the price very reasonable. I recommend it.

Excellent and unforgettable day in zodiac in the Gulf of Orosei with its magnificent treasures! The skipper was very professional and very kind. The staff are also reliable and very available. I recommend 200%!

We borrowed kayak here and went to Cala Luna. In the afternoon there were strong waves and the weather got worse and stormy. Since we could no longer go out with our kayak in the afternoon, we reported this to Nicola via the WA. He told us straight away that if it didn't get any better he would pick us up and that's how it ended up. The next day they got kayak themselves. Kayak was good, equipment (sacks and vests) are decathlon and were fine. So we were happy. And thanks again to the guys for the "rescue"!

We were very satisfied. Rented a double kayak for the whole day for EUR 55.00 today. The booking was made the day before, completely uncomplicated via mail. 6.5 km (about 15 - 20 minutes per kilometer) we paddled from Cala Ganone to Cala Luna. There was not so much going on and the turquoise color of the water was just gorgeous. The beach is a mixture of stones and sand. The caves on the trip we liked the most. However, we have saved the visit of the Grotte del Bue Marino. We leave in the morning at about 10 o'clock ... there was also quite a lot of tourist or inflatable boat traffic. On the way back then a little less, but many waves.
The town of Cala Ganone is indeed touristy, but has many small restaurants right near the beach with lots of charm.
The service at Prima Sardegna was great! Very friendly and professional. We can only recommend a booking here!

Even the disabled can ... thanks to them that made the boat ride possible even for me and my friend paraplegic! After taking the 2 of spades from the other structures, pure magic put us in contact with Nicola who in a jiffy has organized the wonderful visit to the coves of the area.

Superb excursion from 10 am to 5:30 pm with a boat pilot (Manuel) at the top. He manages to access the caves where you can even touch the cliffs with your hands. He is very punctual at each stage to help us discover the entire Orosei golf course and its magnificent beaches.
It is difficult to choose among all these companies, but the chance of being close to an easily accessible car park was a great discovery. Count 60 per person.
