I applied for a job and they contacted me over the phone and scheduled an interview with me. I called back later to just ask a few questions and they were so rude and disinterested in answering questions that I had to cancel the interview. I then got a follow up call that was extremely apologetic, so we rescheduled the interview. I drove out to the interview while I was currently employed at 2 different jobs and did the interview and was very polite and conversational with them, they weren't very polite in the interview even, and then they refused to refer me to any employers because according to them I had a "bad attitude as evident by how tired I appeared" which didn't even make sense. I was still friendly with them and everything and they asked me to connect with them via linked in so they could refer me to anything if it became available, so I did that... And then they refused to accept the connection and refused to respond to my communications. This temp agency has left me with such a bad impression that I'm not interested in doing any business with them.
None professional. I was called in to do application and all that paperwork and was told I would receive a call back within 2 days. It's been over 3 weeks now and every time I call to check up on a job they always have to "call me back".

Guys, I'm not a big fan of staffing agencies. However, when Pride Staff called I decided why not. I'm sure my lack of enthusiasm was obvious once I arrived at their Addison, Texas office. Nevertheless, their staff is really great. I spoke with Ms. Victoria Dover on Tuesday, and she suggested a great opportunity with an exciting company with whom I interviewed on Thursday of the same week. I received a job offer and I was happy to accept. This is a supper great staff providing excellent services. Go Pride Staff....

Pridestaff is AWESOME! I initially interviewed with Bree after applying for a position on indeed. She told me all about the agency and positions that I qualified for and submitted my resume to 3 companies. She was very friendly, interactive and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. I was later contacted by Jody and asked to to be interviewed at one of the companies my resume was submitted to. She followed up this phone call with a very detailed email on everything I needed to prepare for the interview, things I needed to know about the company and the position I was applying for and general interview preparation tips. I went to the interview feeling very confident and extremely prepared. I received a job offer less than an hour after leaving and am scheduled to start less than a week later. I have been with Pridestaff for only a month and my experience had been exceptional. This staffing agency differs from any that I have worked with before in that I feel like they genuinely care about the employees and want us to succeed. Every person that I have come in contact with has been beyond helpful. I look forward to continuing to build my relationship with this company.

I would definitely recommend going through pridestaff to find a new job. Yes they only find temp work but most companies will allow you to be permanent if you do well during training. I was able to get a job as soon as I called them. All I did was send them my resume and they matched me with a job. And I started about a few days after. PrideStaff allows discrimination against blacks. They have "slick" job postings that basically say "Mexicans Only" but they use language wizardry to try and not make it so obvious. They say their "clients" want this. I called and spoke with Julia from the Hurst TX office (The office that had the discriminatory job posting ad - it was on their site) and she said their client wanted only Spanish speakers for a warehouse job doing basic labor. Now think about it. This is the DFW and 99% of the Spanish speakers are Hispanic. This basically means no blacks or whites wanted. Although honestly I have seen companies with a lot of white employees use this wording to suddenly hire low wage labor and don't want to bother with blacks and this is how they get around it.
Companies are using the temp agencies to DISCRIMINATE. They hide behind the agencies to do their dirty work. And Texas has a lot of temporary staffing agencies like this. My cousin who is Hispanic just got hired at one and she told me companies call up and request Hispanics all the time. They don't request the most experienced. They just request Hispanics. And the temp agency obliges. Its a dirty world out here people.
WE MUST REPORT THESE TEMP AGENCIES WHEN THEY OPENLY ALLOW COMPANIES TO DISCRIMINATE.

I really don't remember having to wait long for a response after emailing questions. He is very courteous, professional, kind and quick with answers. If you ever have to reach out to them, for any reason, one of them will call you back with an answer or instructions on what to do to get an answer. They work very well as a team. If one is unavailable, you are certainly not forgotten. I am so glad I am signed up with them. Oh, almost forgot the most important thing, they were able to find me a job almost immediately!

I wasted my time working with Pridestaff for nearly a month. I ended up dealing with several different women regarding employment in their office. When asked to come in for an orientation, the young woman wasn't even there and I had to interview with a stranger, no reasoning was provided why she wasn't there. I told them repeatedly that I didn't want a long commute to their employment opportunities, and was pressured into accepting something 2 hours away. After trying, and failing, to make the commute work I resigned from the position and asked for something closer. Instead of working with me they wished me luck and provided no additional information regarding my pay, benefits, etc. I do not recommend Pridestaff, at all.
