I love driving for pride. This is not an easy job it comes with many challenges. But I never feel left alone out here I know I can always call my fleet manager or anyone else there and I'll get the help I need

As a military Veteran, I take PRIDE in everything I do (as do most other military Veterans). As such, so does the company. Driver safety is of the utmost importance and it shows in the company operation. Drivers are not pushed nor pressured if there is an issue. And I have a terrific Driver Manager!

The facilities are newer and fantastic i.e. free laundry and large shower bathrooms. The driver lounge/kitchenette is very large along with the satellite television.

The tractors are very well maintained and newer. And the company contributes 'the' highest contribution (20%) to your 401K; I couldn't find any other company even close to this. (Check out their sign-on bonus and CDL school reimbursement).

Lastly, I was not paid to write or post this.

Hope this helps in your endeavors.

Good company honest owner's. So refreshing to deal with honest company. Compared too the companies the tell you . What they think you want to hear. But once you get there . They don't do what they promised. Pride have good equipment and some of the best office personal. You'll have the chance to work with.

I have been with Pride Transportation for 1 month, so far they have been a good company to work for. They don't have the fastest trucks on the road but they give you the proper time to make your delivery and they always have a load for you prior to you making the delivery that you are currently on. They do their best to keep you moving, at least my dispatcher does. At this current time I don't have any thing negative to say about this company.
