Very nostalgic place. Great place for Halloween fun.
The food taste like love. Every bite is unique. Even with menu items you think you know theres a flavorful twist.
Confused about the family fun day. For something advertised, it was not well organized or planned out. Beautiful building, though.
An interesting stop. Beautiful architecture and a great story to tell.
Too narrow entrance for some in our group. Very poorly ventilated and a long wait time for very tight elevators. Dining room was below average quality.
FLW everywhere you look and every corner you run in to.
Have stayed here twice now. Such a unique place in the heartland. A must see for anyone who is a Frank Lloyd Wright fan.
You gotta check this place out! Oh, and don't miss the Copper Bar, and definitely take the guided tour. Too bad it's in Bartlesville, OK.
This place is awesome we stay the night there want to eat at Frank and lolas but they were close :( but we got up the next morning went to jenks Oklahoma and we had some great Mexican food
If you're into architecture and design and you like Frank Lloyd Wright, this is a must-see.
The only skyscraper Frank Loyd Wright ever designed. One of his greatest achievements.
This Frank Lloyd Wright building has been remarkably preserved over the years. Fans of Mid-century Modern architecture will especially enjoy the experience. The museum's rotating exhibits are always first class. The restaurant on the top floor is certainly uniquely located.
This place is just beautiful to look at! I love that I have this as a view from my office window! It is a piece of art!
Frank Lloyd Wright architecture with a print display of Japanese block prints.
Great tour- worth the visit to see such an iconic work of architecture
The idea of the Price Tower is neater than the reality. It is in dire need of renovation. I think the tour may be very interesting but it was not available on the day we went. It was worth stopping by and poking around for free but I would never stay or eat there based on what I saw.
Quite the beacon of Bartlesville. A truly beautiful structure. Room sizes are a bit small but extraordinarily unique in design. Certain areas of the hotel could use some upkeep, and the breakfast was uninspiring (small tray of sausage/bacon, French toast, a couple cans of juices, tea packets but no hot water), but those aren't the features of the tower I was concerned with. It also had a beautiful lobby and a very neat museum on Shin'en Kan (the partnership between son Joe Price and Bruce Goff). The tower tour is well worth your time, especially if you have an appreciation for architecture, and guide (the museum's curator) is excellent.
NOTE: the museum and its restaurant/bar (along with many other places in Bartlesville) are closed on Mondays.
We loved the architecture, history and unique atmosphere. The Wright museum was very interesting. The view was amazing. A very unique experience for a night in Bartlesville, especially if you love FL Wright!!
Thanks to NYC not choosing this Frank Lloyd Wright design, we got it in Bartlesville. The Tree that Escaped the Forest is a jewel that needs to be experienced. Great tours, lovely touring art gallery, and lovely views from a great restaurant on 15th floor. Come see it! And you can even stay one of the 20+ hotel rooms!
I'm honestly torn between 4 and 5 stars. I loved this place for keeping true to its design. I loved the fantastic staff and restaurant. I just wish it was renovated to update (staying with the design) some things that were done after the building was changed over to a hotel. Like towel racks in the rooms. They look cheap and cheesey. Many smaller things that was done with copper plumbing looks just gaudy. Also cleaning needs to be addressed all around. 7 layers is a great dip but just looks like bad when it's paint. We will visit again I'm certain because this little town was great to visit.
If you love Frank lloyd Wright then you need to visit! Restaurant and Cafe. Very tight spaces but if you don't mind tight spaces then definitely put this on your Oklahoma list!
What a surprise bit of retro class in the middle of NE Oklahoma.
Price Tower was a wonderful stay and a amazing and must have experience for any Frank lloyd wright fan! You can feel his presence in every rooms design! The tight spaces fanning into larger ones (but still not big). We stayed several nights at the inn and had dinner at the 15th floor restaurant, which houses about 7 tables total! Breakfast was on the 16th floor and very delightful with French toast, eggs to order and several other options. WARNING this building has some of the smallest elevators I've ever been in! If you are claustrophobic, you will probably have a hard time here. We also took the tour ood the 17, 18 and 19 floor. It was very interesting and engaging! Our tour guide was great! It's a fascinating part of architectural history! You have to try it at least once! And if your a fan of fresh air, two walls of each room in the inn is pretty much all windows! So you can get a great breeze in your room! If you like Frank lloyd wright you HAVE TO STAY!
Who would expect to see a skyscraper designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, office and hotel, in Bartlesville, OK? Well, there it is! Nineteen floors, with the top three floors restored to their original 1956 condition. A wonderful restaurant on the 15th and 16th floor with their chef selected from 700 applicants.
We took the tour of the building and many interesting facts about FLW and Bartlesville. Please check it out! You will NOT be disappointed.
Beautiful place to stay heated floors great views recommend to everyone
Frank Lloyd Wright's famous Price Tower is the gem of Bartlesville. Go and spend some time just being in and around this petite skyscraper -- it really is unlike any other place.
We spent the night there once - such a cool space - and woke up with an amazing view of the sun reflecting on the other downtown buildings.
A must visit for Lloyd Wright fans or curious folk alike. A work as important as Fallingwater!!
An amazing new addition to our little town! So pretty and a fun space for our kids.
The food was amazing, this is the best place in Bartlesville for food. Went to the restaurant to eat on the terrace. Ordered the fried chicken with red beans and rice it was delicious.
The permanent pieces, detailing the history of the building is really cool. The temporary exhibits are neat. But the whole building is simply a marvel on the plains.
I was told (but haven't verified) this is the only high rise Frank Lloyd Wright designed. It has definitely remained true to its origins as the interior and exterior are all original. Hopefully you'll know the person you're in the elevator with, cause you'll be cozy!
The price tower is a great piece of history for many to enjoy. I hope they keep it improving and accessible to the public
Visited Aug. 22, 2013. About froze to death even after they offered us a jacket to wear inside the exhibit. It's like walking into a meat locker so you don't take much time reading and looking at the exhibits. Take a winter coat, gloves and wear shoes with stockings, not flip flops.
So interesting!!!! Amazing architecture. So much to look at. Greeted by 2 smiling and VERY cheerful faces. They seemed just as happy to be there as we were and seemed happy to educate visitors. I would like to return and take the tour, eat at the restaurant, and book a hotel room!
This is an older hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, they have tried to keep it in the original state. We stayed one night and enjoyed the stay.
Ok place. Kinda felt out of place.... did not feel welcomed
The Copper Bar has great food and there bartenders are always nice. The rooms are amazing, the beds are cozy, and with spectacular views of Bartlesville and surrounding areas. I also recommend the tour, the building is undesirable.
This is a delightful mix of art museum with hotel and bar to round out the experience .
Took the tour of the Price tower. I've taken the tour once before but my husband hadn't. I must say it is a very unique building but our tour guide was amazing! She gave us so much history about the building as well as Bartisville.
Always a good time. I wish there were more options for tours on weekends. This is an absolute must see place!
Enjoyed my stay had a beautiful view of the town from my room I would recommend this place
