Excellent. The customer service is superb and I received my topsoil the next day. From the woman who answered my calls, to Brad- who delivered my topsoil, I have to say, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I ve had with a company. I will definitely be using this company again in the future and will recommend their services to friends and family! Thanks so much. Your quality customer service does not go unnoticed!

I'm torn on this place. They have nice products and good service, but I always seem to be loaded light when I go here. From mulch to soil it always seems light. Ohio Mulch, Kurtz Bros, and Marion Mulch are others I have used and they always heap their buckets on the machines before dumping. Price Farms never seems to do this. I'm not sure if the other places are giving me the correct amount or just giving extra all the time but Price Farms certainly calls "1 yard" alot less than what other places give.

Good operation and fairly good products. Overall been happy with their mulch, I use the two highest grades offered. Some trash in the mulch as in all mulch.

I would stay away from the soils. The garden blend has a tremendous amount of weed seeds, even when using glysphate yearly and preen applications the weeds in this soil are prolific from day 1.

The turf blend soil is extremely difficult to get grass seed to sprout, even rye. There is something seriously wrong with the turf blend soil.
But yeah overall been real happy with their products and services.

Had 8 cubic yards of premium top soil delivered from them. They were very nice to work with and their price was 30% less than the lowest competitor. Ordered on Saturday and they delivered on Monday. Soil was better quality than two big names that I have bought from in the past and at a much better price.

Extremely happy-we won a gift certificate for 1.5 cubic yards of dirt. We paid for the delivery of the dirt and it arrived first thing (7:30am) on a Saturday morning. Great product, great delivery!

If you need a great garden soil this is the place to go.

I have been using Price for my topsoil and mulch for years! I make the 40-min drive up from Upper Arlington because they have the highest quality mulch. On top of that, they sincerely care about their customers, and provide exceptional service.

I take all my yard waste here, including tree branches and even grass clippings. It is free to dump and you unload everything by yourself. They also sell a lot of mulch and soil.

We just got some zoo brew and it's so beautiful.. Just what our clay soil needed.

Beautiful mulch for good prices. Staff is really nice every time we've been there. We're excited to see how the zoo brew improves our garden this year.

We ordered several yards of compost from these guys. They responded quickly and delivered the right amount. I'm just very disappointed they wouldn't dump the compost where we wanted them to. Instead, they dumped the compost on our driveway... creating several weeks of work for us to move it by hand. So frustrated... I would have rather ordered from a company who could dump it where we needed it.

My wife, duaghter, and I went to Price farms yesterday for the first time. The people there were ever so nice. They were happy to answer any of my wife's questions that she had about the soil and mulch. Their prices and products are very good, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a trip there. Lastly the guy running the front loader dropping the soil and mulch into the bed of my truck did it gently and spread it out for me (unlike the guys at the quarry who just drop a ton of stone and leave).

First Class Product and Service. Ordered a load delivered and they were very friendly and made it easy. Already ordered more and look forward to using them in the future. If you're a homeowner, don't be intimidated, they can help you!

They sold me bad soil that killed my vegetables. I bought new vegetables and it killed those. I had the soil tested at CLC Labs and it had extremely high levels of potassium and phosphorous and a pH of 8.4. I called them to tell them about the soil test results and to ask for a refund, he argued with me for over 20 minutes and basically told me I must be doing something wrong, even though I had the actual data to prove that the soil was bad. Refused to refund my money. Bad product and bad customer service. I've talked to several other people who have gotten bad soil from them this year.

As the owner of Neely Equestrian Center, I am out there several times a week. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make going there a pleasant experience.

We added 4 yards last year, in an 8x40' garden and had tomatos over 7'! Our peach trees produced a bumper crop. The maples trees and magnolias look great!
We are using Zoo Brew as a mulch and soil amendment.

I called this morning (Friday 9-29) in hopes of possibly getting topsoil delivered tomorrow. Even better, they delivered today!!! I ordered the premium blend and although 7 cu ft looks less than expected, the topsoil looks beautiful and my plants will LOVE it! I'm now looking forward to the yard work that I hate doing! By the way, the driver was very friendly. I liked him a lot!
