Signed the contract on June 5, 2019 and took mother on June 5. Mom is 88 years old and dementia. Exactly after 6 (!) Days, the contract was violated and without our consent, my mother was transferred to another ward to a bedside patient, although her mother was a walking one, but since she only entered, was restless, and she was moved from a good room to a far corner to a bedridden, unconscious patient. Although the contract specifically indicated the room number and conditions were specified if they want to transfer it to another. We paid for the stay until the end of the month, but were forced to pick it up, not to mention the extension of the contract. We went to her every day, and even in spite of this, there was always bad care. Poor care is brought her dinner in the shabby pampers, it did not wear underwear after washing, put on a sweater on a naked body, it is walking, but restless, closed in bed so that it would not interfere with the staff, although my mother was blind, and the room did not go further ... After the laundry, the clothes did not return, and only after a week, after we asked to find the loss three times, and when I already said that I would complain, they returned the clothes. The staff is completely indifferent and uncontrolled. To find a sister, you always had to look for her ... And this is for the price of their services! And the worst thing is that this house has a contract with the sickness fund and there are subsidies from the budget. If the elderly are indifferent to relatives, then you can safely take back there. If your old people are helpless, but you love them, then it is not worth doing.

People are treated as they should, few homes keep their customers as they are, the building is clean and beautiful and the staff working there are of the highest standard. Thank you.
