My fiance and I were recently shopping around for the best price for a last minute trip to NYC. The first representative was extremely rude and sounded over-whelmed by the details. We were able to talk to another representative who seemed a lot nicer. We explained that we were shopping around for the best price and that if we would like to proceed we would call her the next day. We were able to find a cheaper rate through Travel Posh and decided to move forward. When the second representative from Prestige Travel called my fiance this morning he informed her that we had decided to go with another travel agency and the representative became extremely rude. I would NOT recommend Prestige Travel to anyone!

When we needed them to check on things or make changes it was done in a very timely manner with the utmost kindness. I have used them twice to book cruises now, and have had a great experience both times - they get the best prices, and their staff is super friendly and helpful, even when I ask for "well, what about this itinerary?" over and over - my indecisiveness is probably annoying, and they have never shown impatience with me :). Definitely recommend!
I was scheduled to sail with carnival on 9/17/17 declined insurance because of past bad experience trying to collect due to a emergency they declined to pay my emergency flat tire was no excuse to miss the shipi spoke to the supervisor at prestige she was rude, uncaring, zero understanding, lier, stole over 900 dollars, no compensation,,I called carnival instead they will take care of me like she could of done but they stand behind stealing your money I am a senior citizen look up their past
This is the best travel agency in Tampa by far. Super friendly and a very smart staff. I always thought booking travel online was the cheapest. Was I wrong. They will beat Internet prices while making suggestions to improve your vacation. Expedia won't do that. The office is nice and new and the team is professional. They do it all too. A little gem here!!!
