I was scheduled to sail with carnival on 9/17/17 declined insurance because of past bad experience trying to collect due to a emergency they declined to pay my emergency flat tire was no excuse to miss the shipi spoke to the supervisor at prestige she was rude, uncaring, zero understanding, lier, stole over 900 dollars, no compensation,,I called carnival instead they will take care of me like she could of done but they stand behind stealing your money I am a senior citizen look up their past
