I called Cecilia at Prestige Properties earlier today to confirm receipt of our application documents to her email which she had used to send us information about the property (it was a Gmail account, but it was clearly from Prestige because I had just called her about the property). When I called her to confirm receipt, she told she had not received it and that I had used the wrong email address (even though I had replied to the email that I had received from her). She gave me her "correct" email (still a Gmail account). I confirmed this with her several times. I then sent the applications to that address instead. I later received an email back from a Cindy saying that we had the wrong email. I have now sent both of our Social Security Numbers and personal information to a random person, because Cecelia could not give me her own contact information.

Extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Helpful when you need them, rental properties are kept in good condition.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! We rented a property that they managed and Prestige handled any repairs/concerns promptly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great company to work with. In particular, Amber in the rental department is amazing! She went the extra mile to make our experience a good one... she really cares about her clients. We were new to town at the time and she made moving to a new city so much easier! Please go see Amber... again she is wonderful.

Good place for you to get home and help negotiate price

I have now lived in a property rented by Prestige for a month and they have been nothing but amazing. I went in yesterday with a service request and within 30 minutes they were at the house fixing the issue. They have always been welcoming and kind.

We ve used multiple realtors from Prestige to purchase 3 homes, 1 commercial property & sell one home. Each time the staff goes above & beyond to make the closing easy. Highly recommend!!

I went into the office today to inquire about a rental unit that stated it was available in May 2021 and the receptionist was quite rude. She stated that all units are occupied and to only look on the website. I stated that a unit on their site was available, she was dismissive. I didn t feel welcome at all. Not a good impression at all!

I am loving living in my 2 bedroom duplex leased from Prestige Properties. They are an extremely personable group and I have loved my experiences. Amber Sapp always quickly addresses my maintenance issues which are very few and she has always gotten back to me quickly if I have questions. My duplex is an older, quaint and sweet place and has been taken care of very nicely. The maintenance crew have been great to work with as well. They always call before they come and are willing to complete my request even if I cannot be there. I'm staying..
