After researching several firms, I chose Prescott, Pearson & Tande because of their client friendly payment terms. At the time, they allowed me to secure their firm, and send my creditors calls to their office with $500 down. After that I made payments on my own timetable..no pressure. Once I reached the total amount due for their fee, including filing fee, the process was fast. They filed my case within a week of my payment clearing. Mr. Pearson was my lawyer and he was friendly and easy to understand. He kept emphasizing how important it was to be honest and disclose everything with his office prior to meeting with the trustee.
