Ok, folks, here is how you get great internet. After all the experiences you have all had, I called Maine's Better Business & filed a complaint. We pay for 24 hours a day of internet and got 20. None when anyone else is on. 2 days later a technician showed up, screwed an antenna to a cedar tree, down at the pond, within "line-of-sight" of a tower. We now have excellent internet, 24 hours a day! So GET TOUGH,and realize your complaints fall on deaf ears.

Terrible. Rarely got above 1 meg. We switched to another service because we could bundle and it didn t require a 3 year contract and premium shut down our box before the paid month was up. Terrible and inconsiderate. Did I say terrible?

AMAZING SERVICE!

AMAZING SERVICE!
I was concerned about trying out Premium Choice because of the reviews I saw here, but I am AMAZED at the quality of service I have received. I am using the wireless 4G network, it came promptly in the mail, set up easily with the quick and friendly service at the Brewer office, and has worked flawlessly for the month and half I have had it thus far. My first call to them I had spoken to Bethany, and she was a delight to deal with. She was so friendly, professional, and helpful, not what you find in most service companies today. She actually seemed like a happy person, happy to be doing her job, another rarity in today's world. I used to have to tether my phone to my computer for internet service, living in a rural area, and when I heard there was a chance to get it through Premium Choice, I figured I would try it. If you are considering the service, do not hesitate, they are great! So far, everyone at the Brewer office has been great, Bethany was wonderful!

Terrible customer service. I've paid an immense amount of money and been told I've used all my "data" several times. How could I possibly have used 100 GB in a day and a half. My account is debited, I ask when internet will be restored. My answer? Not for three more days because of blah, blah. And then on day 3 is there internet? No. Don't waste your time or money on this service. It's terrible.

For the past 6 months Premium Choice Broadband has...

For the past 6 months Premium Choice Broadband has been installing fiber optic lines down the neck I live on. They recently finished and they came to install the other day. It's called fiber to the home internet. I had Comcast and Verizon when I lived in MA and this connection beats there's by a mile. I'm a competitive gamer and the speeds are more than enough, but what really makes this better than internet I have had in the past is the very low latency. Also because it's a fiber to the home you aren't competing with others for bandwith so you get the same fast speeds 24/7. Very happy with the internet and the quality of service so far from Premium. Hopefully they will be able to expand fiber to the home to others across the state. This should be the standard.

We've been customers for probably over 10 years, and we've always gotten good responsiveness. We know that due to terrain (and the fact that we are a mile into the woods) we know there are limitations on speed - but what's in their control (like responsiveness, honesty and good service) they've been really good with - even with some requests (like upgrading to DSL) that they basically lose money on. That shows that they're in the business for the right reasons. Thanks guys.

FRAUD ALERT!! On September 1 our debit card was ch...

FRAUD ALERT!! On September 1 our debit card was charged $49.95 for services they intended to provide to us during the month of September. Four days later, we had no internet access. We notified them and they said they were going to fix it. They never did. Upon attempting to call them again, we only got a recording. We left a message requesting they call us back. They never did. We never had intenet access after September 5 except for a brief period of time between September 1-5.

We are seriously considering fraud charges be made due to their false charges to our account.

Internet is not reliable. For the price you pay it should work we haven't had the Internet going on day 2. This isn't the first time either but they will gladly move you up to the next plan. The modem that they give you always seems to have issues. I have use my AT&T hotspot on my phone to use the Internet. As I said in the beginning its not reliable.

I own a golf course in Old Town, ME. Our internet service is through Premium Choice Broadband. Our phones and credit card machine are hooked up through the internet.

This company is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. If there is any kind of an outage outside of these times, there is no system in place for any kind of service.

So here it is on a Saturday morning, I've got no credit card machine and no phones. Premium Choice Broadband's voice mailbox is full, and there is no way to contact anyone. So I am going to have no credit card machine (75% of our transactions are debit/credit cards) for the entire weekend. I am going to have no phone service for the entire weekend.
On Monday morning I will be changing my service.

You are 100% crazy if you use this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY OFFER. THEY KEEP PUSHING INSTALL DATES OUT FURTHER AND BLAMING OTHERS. THE DLS IS CONSTANTLY INTERUPTED AND SLOW. THEY HAVE GROWN TOO FAST AND DO NOT HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF AND AGAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID.

We had an outage recently due to storm activity and out of service for a few hours. I called and spoke to Erin twice. She is an asset to you. She is professional and very friendly. She made the outage easy to deal with since we are so connected to having internet. Thank her for me please.

We have been customers for 8 years, and are always...

We have been customers for 8 years, and are always amazed at the service. Called yesterday about slow speed. Within an hour a tech arrived. Returned the next day to finish the job with a bucket truck. Spent four hours on the roof fixing the issue, even dodging a hornet's nest he discovered. I found out in passing it was the tech Jerry's birthday and he could not have been more courteous or professional. This is a local company that provides terrific service to rural areas which have limited options. Very grateful for their incredible service and support.

We live in an incredibly rural area, and before PCB starting serving our area, satellite was our only option. It was slow and we had very limited data. It was particularly challenging because I run a home business that depends on having connectivity. We thought we would never join the modern internet world. We have been with PCB for several months now, and could NOT be happier. Very responsive customer service, reliable internet, and a clear effort to serve our area. Our rep answers emails on the weekend and is always happy to help when we have a question or run into a problem. Recommend this crew highly!

Horrible customer service hidden fees and un autho...

Horrible customer service hidden fees and un authorized charges to debit card also employee caused damaged to the home removing satellite from roof without permission and was extremely rude to my wife who was 8 months pregnant and when I called to speak to a rep about it they didn't take any responsibility for they're actions just blamed it on us.. O and there was so many unauthorized attempts to charge my debit card that my card was frozen and I couldn't withdrawal my direct deposit cause my whole account was lock for what looked like fraudulent activity .. And they said that's due to my bank no its do to unauthorized charges that's my bank protecting me your better off getting a hotspot its $103.95 a month for 10 meg download
