We would not recommend this company. Phone calls were not returned and they dropped the ball on an appointment. Leaving a message for the owner explaining our disappointing experience was also met with silence.

They are the worst company I have ever worked with...

They are the worst company I have ever worked with. They have rented my house to criminal. I advice people to stay away from this company. I had to evict the tenants from my house as they have released themself from managing the company. Regardless, they will not get away from this that easy.

Morgan is amazing. Her attention to detail and quick response time is the best in her industry. She is always going the extra mile for the clients I have sent her way. If you know anyone that owns property and is tired of being a landlord, you should definitely have them call Morgan.

Premier managed my property in Clermont for 14 yrs...

Premier managed my property in Clermont for 14 yrs from when the house was brand new till now. They did an amazing job over the years while i waited for the market to come back. Very diligent in getting good tenants in the property and maintaining it for me because I live in Calif. Being on the other side of the country, they never made me worry and always handled every situation perfectly for me.
Great job Ken, Cheryl and everyone there. Thank you so much for the years of great care of my home.

This group is being used for the HOA I live in. I...

This group is being used for the HOA I live in. I over payed years ago and they never let me know. Then they started deducting money off of my balance for things I was never even made aware of. And when I ask for an invoice for the charges they send me something completely unrelated and not even close to the date they charged me. Very unethical.
Their communication has been terrible. I would love for my HOA to dump them.

This is by far the absolute WORST property managem...

This is by far the absolute WORST property management company ever!!! I rented a property from this company from 2017 to 2018. During my time I had numerous maintenance issues that went un-addressed because the property manager at the time and real estate ignored all requests. The condo they rented me was infested with roaches. In one year the company went through 2 property managers, none of which work there anymore. Thiago Castor is a money hungry real estate agent that ignores all calls and emails unless its concerning him generating money. THEY WILL TRY EVERY ATTEMPT TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT UPON MOVE OUT! Even charge you for issues you did not contribute to. Beware!!!

I ve had the pleasure of working with Morgan Howland-Cook for the past two months and have been so impressed with her dedication to her clients. She is ever willing to help and goes out of the way to make sure her customer's needs are taken care of she ll even hull construction debris away in her personal car to save clients on disposal fees. I cannot say it better than to tell you that she is conscientious as well as caring and I am so glad to be working with Morgan. Thank you, Morgan!

We worked with Jon Mallinson from Premier Management Group for almost 10 years as our rental property manager. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Jon was always extremely responsive, very professional, and he took great care to make suggestions that he thought would improve the unit between rentals. We got thorough reports of all expenses and repairs. If there was even an issue, Jon took care of it quickly. Finally, when we decided to sell the unit, we used Jon as the realtor. Again, he was responsive and thorough. We sold the unit very quickly, and the process was easy for us (we live in a different city, and never once did we have to travel).

I would highly suggest staying away from this group. First things first, I have tried to contact them via email and phone my entire time in my apartment and I could never receive a call back. Secondly, upon moving in (I finished out a lease for a former tenant) I never even got a KEY to the front door. I had to go copy my roommates. Thirdly, they charge $50 for maintenance to even come out to your place to look at the damage? I have rented many times, for years, and never encountered somewhere I had to PAY to come take a look at my leaky shower. These people are ONLY in it for money. They are so unfriendly and absolutely terrible to be tenants with.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Morgan Howland-Cook of Premier Management. She continues to go above and beyond for me and informs me step by step as the process continues. Her attention to details is amazing. We listed the property this month and already have potential tenant for next month. I also appreciate the constant communication and updates, which makes me feel very included and involved even though I am states apart.

We rented with a deposit of 1350, the apt was infected with cockroaches, we left it clean, we made changes to several things that were in poor condition, we changed the air filter before we left, and they are so brazen to charge us 600 dol of that deposit. THIEVES, it never happened to me, thank God I bought my house.

On or about May 27 2020 my AC went down . I report...

On or about May 27 2020 my AC went down . I reported it to my property manger Jon Mallinson right away. Fast forward to June 19 , 2020 that s when my AC was finally fixed after many emails and threats to call the local press and report him and the owner to the president of the HOA and board of directors at The Hamptoms. The answers I was getting was the shifting of blame to merchants and vendors but they themselves never took responsibility for leaving me in the property with no AC in 95 % of the property for 19 days . After it was fixed , Jon told me to appreciate everything the owner was doing . They eventually refunded 50 percent of the rent for the next month . In addition ,Jon doesn t like to deal with tenants only with his owners . He has been the only landlord/ property manager in my experience who never gave me and all of his other tenants his number and almost always called from a private number or blocked number. He is very dry and not an easy person to work with . I would not recommend doing business with him or this company . In addition to the whole thing of the AC , I found out that I was labeled as difficult by Jon to one of the AC mechanics that came to fix the AC and how they expressly warned them to keep me in the dark about what was happening because I knew too much . I ve never experience anything like it before in any prior or after rental of housing in my lifetime . Please be careful and choose wisely who you do business with .

Do not do business with this company!!! Do not do it! save yourself!
I rented a unit from them and my property manager, Peter, was the most difficult man to deal with! He never responded to any of the many voicemails or emails I left him. The only way I got in contact with him was calling him on the phone either early mornings or right before closing and I felt like I was rushed off the phone always. The unit I rented had many problems. #1 infested with termites. I would literally be in my home at night and they would swarm. When I tried to tell Peter about this he tried to convince me there were no termites and made me drop off a sample of dead bugs to his office so he could identify them before calling pest control. Guess what... they were termites. Then my AC broke not once but twice and that was an entire fiasco to get fixed. I had to move in with my in-laws for a week. The upstairs unit bathroom flooded into my bathroom and he never looked into that. AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE RATS! There were (and probably still are) rats in the unit. I saw them with my own eyes and upon discussing this issue with Peter he decided to tell me I needed to get some sandbags off my screened in porch (because that's the most important thing when your tenant is living with rats).
The real killer was that I didn't live in my unit for 4 months due to the rat issue and I still paid my rent on time! never missed a payment!

According to my lease, upon move out if the leasing company wants to make a claim on the security deposit I have to receive notice by certified mail within a certain number of days stating that. I did not receive a notice via certified mail stating an intent to claim the deposit and Peter still kept the money. When I contacted him about this his response to me was "so sue me". This speaks volumes to Peter's professionalism.

Terrible company. I called in for a unit. They transfered me to an agent who is responsible from that unit whose name was Peter. His assistant answered the phone she asked me questions about me and I answered them then she transfered me to the agent (Peter) and he started to ask same questions. I told him that his assistant already asked me the same questions. I told him I want to see the unit located on Crest pines drive by waterford lakes today and he said not today. I told him change my mind and don't want to deal with you all. So don't call this company. They are terrible!!!
