Super shady company, received a call from them asking me to verify personal information. When I asked in what regards the information was needed they hung up on me. I tried to call the number that has been left in previous responses and they want you to leave an account number and they will call you back.
Horrible company. Will relentlessly harass you to get money, despite living in a pandemic right now :) If you encounter a woman name Deborah on the phone, beware and hang up! These people do not care about you but money. Greedy and selfish in their own way. They are ALSO not lenient and not willing to help, as I initially want to pay a lower amount each month but are unable to do that. Yet I can pay additional amounts? A warning.
I received a bill from this company for a debt that I did not accrue. When I tried calling them to find out how and why I received this bill, they hung up on me. Not sure what kind of illegal debt practices they are trying to pull here, but they were no help with telling me any further information about a fraudulent debt charges.
Unprofessional and incapable of independent thought. You better ask for a supervisor because these people are no help and will CONSISTANTLY hang up on you. These people should be sued for their lack of competence and compliance.

Want to say a few words about Annette Nierman,you will not find a better, more sincere and knowledgeable person that will help you out with all your needs. This lady is awesome and will do anything possible to help you meet your goals. I highly recommend that if you want to meet those goals, she is the person you need to talk with,can't say enough. Again an Awesome lady !!!
I can't give them less than 1 but I would. I've been called by this company from several different states always from a new number. I attempt to get information about my debts from them but they refuse to answer most questions. None of it is recorded to my actual credit so when I ask them where the debt is from I'm generally hung up on. I would recommend everyone here actually research the debts you have because they should all be reported to credit. This company seems to use scare tactics to get money from people.
A dishonest and shady company. I d question the validity of any debt they attempt claim. Don t give them any personal information or verify information they may have.
Their motto that they tell their employees is THE MORE YOU COLLECT, THE HIGHER MY BONUS CHECKS ARE. DONT YOU WANT TO BONUS? I use to work their and felt harassed and judged EVERYDAY.
