Diana Brandon was amazing to work with!!! We appreciated her complete honestly as first time home buyers. She was always accessible, quick to respond, and made appointments right away. She was realistic, fun, and super positive. We always enjoyed meeting up with her. She also helped my parents-in-law sell their house (in 2 days) and buy a home. They loved her as well! I would absolutely recommend her! She was very patient with us while we looked over a year to find our first home. We love our home SO, SO much!!!

Debbie sold our home in the Lake Norman area last year and this year when we were finally ready to start looking here in Davie County, she not only helped us find a home to purchase but walked us through each step of the way. She represented us well both as the seller and the buyer. Helping us to look at all angles, processing through what would be best for our family and situation. She made selling and buying an easy transition. And now as we prepare to move, she has provided us with all sorts of resources to make this new house our home. This is a great company to work with ! Everyone that I have spoken with is very professional, eager to help, and answers emails promptly. Travis has went above and beyond to help me on a last minute issue I had once (which I m still very grateful for). Anytime I ve had to call maintenance the company always gets them out to the property quickly, and Travis always follows up to make sure everything was done properly. I would definitely recommend this company to others ! They truly care about their clients ! Thank you all for your hard work !

Daniel has listed my land and has done a great job directing people to it. It s not easy selling vacant land. It s truly hard b/c it takes someone who is wanting to build. Someone who wants to see their own creation come to life! Daniel helped my husband and me walk through this process very easily. From the signing of paperwork to the listing of the house and from then on, he was off to the races. Daniel also has a wonderful work ethic and response time. If you are looking for someone to keep you in the loop, & work hard for you, Daniel is your go to guy.

When I met Daniel Donaldson at an open house I knew he would be the realtor to help me! I can highly recommend him. We found me the perfect home and he took care of the entire process. I would highly recommend Joel. We worked with him to sell our previous home and to find our "forever" home. He took time to understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find just the right home. He was always on top of things and worked proactively to make sure things went smoothly. He had great contacts to help with important things like inspections etc. It was refreshing to work with someone you knew you could trust and who was really looking out for you. At no time did I ever feel any pressure and working with Joel really did feel like he was there for us. This was my first time purchasing a home and he was patient with all of my questions and did an excellent job of explaining things in a way that didn't make me feel dumb.
