I would highly recommend Joel. We worked with him to sell our previous home and to find our "forever" home. He took time to understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find just the right home. He was always on top of things and worked proactively to make sure things went smoothly. He had great contacts to help with important things like inspections etc. It was refreshing to work with someone you knew you could trust and who was really looking out for you. At no time did I ever feel any pressure and working with Joel really did feel like he was there for us. This was my first time purchasing a home and he was patient with all of my questions and did an excellent job of explaining things in a way that didn't make me feel dumb.
