Worst broker I ve ever worked with... agents considering hanging your license with Broker, John Lemkau ... RUN! He advertises you get 100% of your commission but then subtracts multiple fees and forces you to use his processing. He has a high turn over in staff... my experience with his transaction coordinator and escrow was awful. He held my commission check for over two weeks and refused to pick up the phone to discuss. Zero broker support of any kind. He was rude to my staff and client and is threatening to sue ME because HE sent the wrong amount, when he finally did send a portion of my commission check. I moved my license immediately. He is a piece of work. Beware!!!
