I was not able to come in for my procedures ( filler and maybe botox), so I can't talk about the quality of their work. I called a month ago for an appointment. The day before my appointment, I was informed that there was a scheduling mistake. I was a new client and had to see the doctor first. He only sees people on Tuesdays. Fine. Did they have the following Tuesday available? Of course not. They wanted me to wait another 3 weeks. Unacceptable. After all the confirmation emails and text messages, they waited until the day before to let me know. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. If you can not handle a simple schedule, there is no way you will be touching my face. Dodged a bullet here. You guys lost a potential client. Good job. I will spend my money elsewhere.
