Showed up to get loaded not too bad. Got 3 hours away and had to come back because they put the wrong load in my trailer

Some of these reviews had me expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised today. There's plenty of room to back into the dock doors, loading was completed in a timely manner, and the staff was great. I arrived 45 minutes early and was assigned a door in no time.

Fair waiting time if you arrive on time. Got loaded in 1 he and a half. Smooth checking process. Not giving 5 stars for the fact that you can't stay in you're truck.

Good place to pick appointment most of time but good customer service

The reviews weren t bad. Must have been one of those days waited hours past appointment time people are nice no facilities to use though. Not enough workers to get heavy volume done in timely matter. So it s hit and miss.

Nice people. When you get here, park to the side of the entrance road, outside the gate. Walk inside and check in. They will call you when ready. I'm a tanker and they unloaded me but I had to supply hoses and fittings. The place is easy to find and plenty of room to maneuver.

Live load here, in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Ladies in the shopping office were polite and professional.
