Completely dropped the ball on my case, and ignored me for months

I have recommended these folks to a number of people and they have helped everyone of them. They are really terrific and they do most of the heavy lifting. They are your advocate with the SS folks and can be counted on to work both quickly and diligently explaining every step of the process in language that is easy to follow and understand.

We thought it was a great law firm. They were referred by the SSD. However now we will need to really check in more. Reason 1. They said that that it should not take a long time. Well my husband applied in April 2018. Then they said in Dec 2018that it need to date it differently. Then in 2019 he had to back to his doctor several times then we had to?pay 769.00 for more xrays. Well he finely got SSI in the summer of 2020 he was still waiting?for disability now because he was working during covid19 and because we lost everything they said they would not count his income well they changed their minds and so no disability no as I and they want the money paid back. Here my husband worked in pain to help other taking a chance to get covid19 but wanting to help othersgers. And I keep calling his lawyers and I have not heard back. But they did take their share. So I am going to see what happens.

I cannot even begin to tell you how great this company was to me. I had given up that Social Security was ever going to help me. I saw an ad for Premier and just thought that I would take a chance. It was so easy and within a few weeks (not months and years), my disability claim was approved. The best part of all was how reasonable the fee was. I wish I could give them 10 stars !!!

Won't return phone calls or assist in disability matters in a timely manner. You're better off letting another firm represent you.

They were great in the beginning!!!...everybody calling gathering info etc. 6 months later I get a a letter from SSA stating I was no longer represented by THOMAS ALAN KLINDT and... no they didn't ever return my emails pertaining to my claim updates in question at any time nor did they return Any of my medical records that I had sent either. All I can say is WOW!! Thanks for nothing

They're good people who take great care of me ! I'd tell everyone about them and I would recommend them too !

They handled everything for me and was always available for any questions or concerns I had. My case was completed within 6 months. They also had a company handle my medicare and supplemental insurance and found the best plan for me at no cost to me for the supplemental insurance. They made everything so easy that it really helped me with my disability. Definitely I would recommend and have recommended.

They have doing a great job of protecting my interest.

Hello my name is Dave E. I want to share my disability experience with you nice people. I was in a tricky situation with bad knees, back, drop foot and hands cramping up. I e-mailed this law firm and the next day they called, got my information and off they went, setting up a doctor's exam and x-rays. It was a long wait, but worth it as we won and I got a nice check and now have a nice check every month. Now I have worked since I was 13 yrs old and paid a ton of taxes and that does make a difference. So all in all, this law firm was terrific, God bless them, good job Tom!
