Disgrace, my mum still hasn't got a working bathroom a month after a three day job was started, this company lies from start to finish! They are shoddy,unethical and I hate to say this conmen! My poor mum is so stressed, she said today if I die because of this, please sue them!!! I wish I could turn back time and see the reviews on here and stop her being blinded by a slick salesmans lies....horrible company avoid like the plague
Premier Care were my contractors foa walk in Bath started putting it in on 8th Octtook shower out bath delivered 9th Oct faulty Door still not right yesterday a3pm came at 4 30 door seal was fitted still waiting for the glue to go offand have to try to fill bath again.
If I could have put no stars I would. The whole project from the installation to the accounts were a complete shambles. Never to be used again, need I say more!
Terrible customer service and the finish was disgusting for the price. Fitters were messy and the 3 surveyers we had couldn't use a tape. Disappointed and angry doesn't come close to discribing how i feel.
Shamelessly over priced, poor products and finishing, please find local fitters who will cost half the price than these guys, I believe they take advantage of our older generation.

In terms of what we agreed contractuslly and the actual work being done, that's also in issue. There is a huge difference between what work Peter Bennett the sales advisor said would be done and what is being done. For example we told Bennett we had already commissioned someone to take down the existing shower walls and replaster them. Bennett told us not to worry about doing that as all of this will be done as part of the installation. Bennett kept sayibg it was best to leave everything to them "as you don't know what they'll fibd when the walls are taken back. When Grant arrived to start the instalation he said there was nothing about taking out the full plaster board of the shower wall down and no mention of removing tiles, so this was not done. He only removed half of the plaster board on one of the walls!!!
Bennett said a surveyor would be visiting in order to carry out a health and safety check to ensure the premises was safe for the installer to carry out the work. We were misled by Bennett. He had defined the surveyor role to health and safety. When the surveyor arrived I reminded him of what was agreed with Bennett in terms of the work. The surveyor did not contradict anything I said. When Grant the instaler arrived 5 weeks later, he showed me his worksheet which contradicted what we contractually agreed with Bennett. When I brought this to his attention he said the project manager/ surveyor would not speak to me as he knew what he said and "the customer will say I said something different." I made a further complaint to Naina in scheduling who told me that the sales advisor does not have the technical experience it is the surveyor who says what work should be done. I reminded her we entered the contract based on what the sales advisor told us!!!
How can this be right???? This company has taken advantage of our vulnerability and behaved unethically.
nearly into month 4 and still no finished bathroom! Quick enough to take the money though!
My walking shower is now in place and I am delighted.
The installation was carried out beautifully by Scott who's attention to detail was impeccable,He worked very hard and left everything spotless.
