This is the first and will be the last builder who sell building on papers only....And he is advertising also saying that the first corporate city coz no one has thought of building corporate city only on papers....
this fraud should be punished...
I can't find an option of no star otherwise would have given that.

Premia Project - Ist corporate City, concept is very good , location is little far from gaur chowk but premia will be providing shuttle service, the distance is approx 7 km from gaur chowk. project is getting delayed , the only wall has been put it there yet, it looks like there are some internal issues to start constructions. Premia is getting installments on time from their customers and they have a plan to complete this project in near about 4 years which looks bleak. they are still not giving confirmed allotment, still provisional, MOU is still not very clear clause, they do not have any penalty clause yet but assume 48 months from booking. they have villas, hotel, office, retail, amusement and etc...hoping to start project with full swing to give confidence to their customers.

Fraud company. The company was started only to dupe people. They don't have delivered any project so far and they are into this business for more than 5 years. Check with Greater Noida Authority, ministry of company affairs and income tax about this company before investing your hard earned money

Company deserve only 00 rating and cheated all it's customer

He is not a Builder. He is cheater and can leave country anytime. Around 3K buyer are suffering.

my investment seems to have gone down the drain. very bad builders. the project is stuck for 2 years and builder has stopped picking my calls and ignoring to speak. this creates suspicion that they are cheats. NO STARS AT ALL! A BIG NO FOR ANY INVESTOR!

All the projects on the verge of failure as construction not started. I think we all should gather and launch a FIR

Really the way developer has behaved with its Corporate Project 1 , is just adding clouds of suspicion over its future projects and current project too.
Its 3 years and One JCB u can always find at their site with labors on leave due to ID,Holi,Deewali,Chaht etc etc.. Is this the way We treat our customers..? Big ? over their credibility.

Worst investment place for commercial use in fraud company. They had 2 projects, one was in kp5, great Noida, near Balak inter college where in many uttar noting happened and now this site is barren.
Second is crown of Noida in Sector 62, at labor chowk, khoda interaction. This was already disputed land which ended up by no construction.
This company also shifted it's office to Sector 9, Noida where hardly any employee is available.

Frauds.....do not even think about it if u are planning to buy a residential flat or commercial space. I have paid them 5 lakh in may 2014 and it's may 2017, no work has been started and neither they are returning the money.

Collected money for the project named as crown of NOIDA without having land in possession in Noida sector- 62. Company is doing fraud and cheated thousand of buyers. No response of queries for delivery of unit. Company doesn't deserve for star rating

Premia Group, there is no salary issues. I don't know why people creates such kind of rumors.

Premia Group deserves no stars at all for their horrible performance. No promises as agreed upon kept. No Assured Returns since Mar 2015. This Builder does not even worth for half star. Even after 3 years no work started.
Every consumer is worried about their hard earned money. Many people has gone to the court and many are about to go in the court against this fraud builder....
Never ever get stuck in projects of this builder.......

Beware when investing with Premia ... none of their projects are approved not they have a building plan.

Expressed inability to pay AR is not good for such a reputed builder. Also TDS deposit status for the Q4 15-16 is pending.
