Never gotta call back after speaking to 2 employers employee s on 2 seperate occasions

We love our new windows and sliding glass doors from Preferred Windows and Doors! The owner, Tim, is knowledgeable and super easy to work with, and he made sure our new windows and sliding glass doors were exactly what we wanted and were installed perfectly. We ended up going with aluminum windows because they fit the style of our house, which meant the installation team had to break stucco to install the new windows. The team kept a tidy workspace (even though breaking stucco is a total mess) and they did a superb job patching up the stucco. You can barely tell there's patched stucco at all. Thanks Preferred!!

They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are looking to help you get the best windows and doors for your house, not necessarily make the biggest sale. We thought we needed something more expensive than we did. They do great work. We will definitely use them again.

Milgard is the best window out there. You get what you pay for. Workmanship and quality is top notch.

Called to get a price quote and the man who picked up the phone was completely rude and had Zero customer service he told me I would be placed in a bid and had to wait my turn to be told any info on the price um ok when I asked him what does that mean ? He said Do you want the quote or not? Let me just say this .. I ve never had anyone talk to me in such a condescending manner & so Rude! specially if I m trying to give u business .. so no thanx this company clearly fakes there reviews because there was nothing absolutely nothing nice about there customer service !!!!

Claims to have the lowest price...but the Window Guys will save you a bunch of labor compared to this lie. Beth is big time deceived! But Preferred did a good job on install.....at least from what we can see after the job was done. Time will tell as it always does.

We just had entry doors installed and we couldn't be happier with Preferred or the choice of doors. Tim was so patient and helped us pick the perfect door\stain. The installers did an absolute amazing job putting them in. No flaws at all. We are so happy with choosing this company and our beautiful new wood doors. Highly recommend them!
