Horriable management!! My fiance and I both worked for this company in Auburn,Al. We both have worplace experience, we showed up on time done our jobs and didnt stand around and waste time however we were reassigned due to the manager Ethel being offended because my fiancecorrected her mistake. He was offered a lead position the day before we were reassigned and then out of nowhere that happened. I do not recommend working for this co to anyone.

For the time I've been here i noticed how professional this company is. From CEO to Management to employees - you are treated like you've worked there for years! I was interviewed and drug tested last week. I was told to report back today for a job. I was there on time and the door was locked. I knocked a black male opened the door and would not let me in. I explained him I was there for a job and was told to be here. He said, Sorry we are working on the Chattanooga group and refused to let me inside. How can they tell you you are hired, you show up and no one will let you inside the building. -Erik Strickland

If I could put zero stars I absolutely would actually let me start by saying my name isCameron and this company screwed me over every day i came in first day by saying it is a permanent job so when i was hired on they said this is absolutely not a temp agency ill always have a job well they lied I started working at a place called gestamp inspecting welds and not 2 weeks later their contract was ending and they started firing people more and more every single day then i got moved too a place called CSS and i had too miss a day or too too take my newborn daughter too the doctor considering i and my wife only have one car at the moment and i hear a few days later a supervisor say im on thin ice with them then out of all things my wife s grandfather passed away and they basically said if i did not come too work id be fired so u tell me if this is a good family oriented place i say hell no its by far the most ridiculous place i have ever worked for in my entire life its a joke i had a bad week and they basically let me go

Absolutely don t recommend. Worked for the company and did my job. It s your word against hear say with this company. The CEO gets rid of the people who cares about the company but keep the ones who secretly sabotage PPG. The only knowledge I ve gained from this company is how many people sleeps with each other in upper management. I guess you have to be a blonde and be willing to lay down to get recognition or keep a job at PPG. A major thumbs down.

I left college to join PPG and I thought it was going to be the scariest most life changing thing I ve ever had to do. And I was right. But I wouldn t change it. Since I have been with PPG I ve learned what the words teamwork, dedication, and hard work actually mean. This company has shaped me into a much stronger person. My CEO only wants the best for all of his associates and genuinely cares about their needs and concerns. Not only does my CEO want me to succeed in my work place but in life too. If you are looking for a company to work for that offers opportunity and life lessons then you have come to the right place. PPG has become a family to me and it could be yours too.

Within the 2 years I have worked for PPG I have been given opportunity after opportunity to learn and strive inside the company. The professionalism and the way the employees are treated like family makes me proud to be apart of the company.

I was let go after two days of working because in the managers words, I didn t show drive. It was hard to show drive when I wasn t given proper instructions, equipment, or anything to do with my job. Instead of giving direction and getting the job done, the manager was busy snap chatting her boyfriend or something else. We would finally start talking about the work, and then the conversation would quickly turn to unrelated topics. They are very unprofessional and two faced. Don t trust sales. She will be the sweetest thing to your face, but when you walk away, she won t be as nice. The whole time I was constantly told I was great, and out of nowhere they let me go. I wish I new all of this before I even got the job. Save yourself a headache, and don t apply. They are only looking for bodies to fill spaces. I was also never told how much I would be making or any company policies.

I have never been part of a company with so much moral support and professionalism! I started off as an associate and have worked my way up. I was giving all the tools necessary for me to reach my full potential. PPG really changed my life and made me a better person in and outside of work. For that I'm eternally grateful. The upper management showed me the passion and support of my own family. If you're looking for a company that will give you a platform to reach your highest potential then PPG offers the opportunity. And recipe for success..

Hourly workers laid of for salary workers. Haha, hurray for unpaid mandatory overtime! Find a job at an honest company.

I am currently a supevisor for PPG. I have been a supervisor for about six months now.and it has by far been some of the greatest work experience of my life.

Got an email from jennifer Baker. Called her numerous times, and even sent her an email. She works for day star. Still a week later have not heard a word from her. She does not communicate with anyone. She does need a job not calling back or responding to people's calls or emails.

I have only worked for Preferred Precision Group for a short time, but I would highly recommend the company to potential candidates and customers. It is a very family oriented company who values their employees and strives for perfection with the services they provide to their customers. The CEO and executive management are highly engaged and passionate and the company offers endless possibilities for advancement and growth in a entrepreneurial environment.

I absolutely love my job at PPG Alec is the best manager I have ever had. I have an amazing team that works hard everyday and everyone helps each other out. The work environment is one of the best I have been in. The opportunity for advancement is there if you have the drive and ambition for it. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

This company started out great but there is no way to get ahead unless you get into the cliche of the supervisor she makes like rough if you don't go along with what she says. The best supervisor this company has had was fired all because of lies told on her, when in fact she wasn't the problem she tried to fix the problems and worked harder than anyone else, it's sad that management sends in young kids as managers and they jump the gun and get rid of who makes this company and keeps the ones that make it look bad. Supervisor snorting cocaine and leaving to meet truck drivers always belittling others to make herself shine and paying employees for hours they didn't even work she is the one who should of lost her job instead of the one that cared about the employees and tried to follow company rules. Don't work for this company unless you like drama cause that's all you going to get here

I have been working for PPG since April 2016 since I ve worked for this company I ve gained a significant amount of skills. I started off as an inspector and used my knowledge and skills along with what I ve gained from PPG and is now a supervisor. PPG is very family oriented and care about all of their employees. PPG upper management provides associates and supervision the tools to succeed in the field. Support is always available to do your job correctly and ensure that everyone in the company can experience growth together. Altogether a very family like atmosphere.

This is by far one of the most unique companies I have ever worked for. The CEO of the company is very hands on. He believes in his associates and will go to bat for all of his employees at any cost. Once hired into this company, you are made to feel like you are family. Most of the associates are contractors, but you never feel that way. The people who lose their jobs are people who truly don't want to work. If you come to work everyday and are not full of drama, you will find a good paying job that will last a long time.

While I have been with this company I have always enjoyed my job . Enjoyed the environment I worked in from day one all of the management is very thorough also very persistent with training and helping you to move up in not only the company but in life. Never have I ever been with a company who was so close knit. The CEO is very hands on and involved with every customer PPG has. He engages in each plant daily, to ensure we are providing the best possible opportunities for our employees. I worked for this company and it was great. The CEO is awesome he will stand by his employees all the way. Management is different than what I'm use to but any new job takes getting use to I suppose . Pay is great and if you can BE ON TIME DO YOUR JOB NO DRAMA SPEAK UP WHEN NEEDED YOU WILL DO GREAT AND IT WILL BE NOTICE. There's always room to be promoted with this group.

Everyone within the company from CEO to inspectors are always eager to help or assist in any way they can, unfortunately not like some companies I have experienced. This company does treat you like family/friend while maintaining professionalism & integrity, however that isn't for everyone. As for myself & many others we are proud to be part of a company that builds you up with every opportunity to succeed.

This company sucks! They give you little to no information on a job when hiring you!! They are so unorganized!!! They will fire you for nothing then avoid and ignore your calls when you try to find out why! This company sucks. Don't work for them!!!!!!

Working in upper management throughout Preferred Precision Group has been beneficial in several different aspects. The managers and execs within the company are more than passionate & enthusiastic about the employees and clients that we support. The structure, great deal of trust, and creative freedom that has been bestowed amongst me from my employer has paved the path to success for myself and co-workers. Since my journey began at PPG I have seen numerous colleagues transition into different titles, receive promotions, and add value to our company. The extra mile our CEO takes to maintain happiness amongst the employees is astounding and I would recommend working here to anyone!

I was there on business. PPG is one of my company's customers. They are friendly people who genuinely care about getting the job done right.

I have worked in Quality Assurance for aerospace 15+ years and this Company is a complete joke. If you are looking for a job I would recommend that you look elsewhere. If you are a business looking for a third party quality control company, I would look elsewhere. You would be better off just hiring some people of the streets.

My experience with PPG has been nothing more than exciting. If you are looking for a company that offers more opportunities than you can count you have found the right one. Working for PPG allows me to not only travel to new places but it helps me learn more about business everyday. The knowledge and confidence I have gained while working for this company is priceless.
