I ask for more respect with the citizens who go to Morro Beach.
1- Increasing presence of dogs on the beach
2- Presence of strangers with hostile behavior near the sand sculptures
3-Too much barbecue cart exchanging the sea breeze for the smell of English sauce (only beach in the world that allows this trade)
4- Sewer released into the sand in front of the pitiful Peace Square

After waiting a long time, I was able to access the city hall website to remove the IPTU 2018 booklet. It turns out that the issued slip does not tell the bank to pay. It appears as a place for payment in the ticket description; "Payable in Guarapari ES". I understood nothing. Where to pay this tax, there is no bank affiliated? The boleto has a barcode but I have already tried to pay at two different banks and the boleto is not accepted. Don't even call. Nobody answer. The service needs to be improved a lot !!

Guarapari itself is excellent, has everything to grow, but the management leaves something to be desired. They should invest more in tourism. The renovations always take place at the end of the year when the city is full of visitors, which makes the traffic horrible. The roads should be doubled, as traffic gets very bad from the Airport neighborhood to the center, which would take 15 minutes, can take hours.
Prais do Morro is under constant renovation and is beautiful, but the city is full of other beaches, but they do not receive due attention. For example, they started a renovation on Santa Monica Beach long ago and it is abandoned, everything that has been spent is deteriorating. There are several streets in the neighborhood that are not paved (Sao Paulo Street, Sao Joao Street, Anchieta Street ...), a street that has already passed the newspaper, because there are many elderly and wheelchair users and is unable to pass when it rains. In addition, security in this neighborhood and in Setiba, neighboring neighborhood should be enhanced, numerous break-ins happen.

I've never seen a city so dirty. Much education is lacking. In the vicinity of the costa e silva school, an open-air dump. Homeless people sleeping in abandoned cars, garbage, dirt on the streets, lack of general respect, people and the environment. There is no point in cleaning the beach sands when tourists are present, it is necessary to implement education in schools and in the community and to change this sad view that we have here. Decadent.

I have never seen a beach that the city hall forces to remove the tents from the beach and still have to pay a fine of approximately 782 reais, taking advantage of the lack of information of the population and tourists.

If you call, it takes a long time to answer or does not answer, you have to call several times to be answered, if you are answered, when you answer you have to go to the responsible sector, it is the same thing, it takes too long or is not answered in the same way, PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO , when the city hall goes IT'S A SHAME THE EMPLOYEES CHATTING AND SNACKING AT THE SAME TIME THEY ATTEND, in a private company, WOULD BE FEW OR NONE THAT WOULD STAY IN THE JOB.
