After waiting a long time, I was able to access the city hall website to remove the IPTU 2018 booklet. It turns out that the issued slip does not tell the bank to pay. It appears as a place for payment in the ticket description; "Payable in Guarapari ES". I understood nothing. Where to pay this tax, there is no bank affiliated? The boleto has a barcode but I have already tried to pay at two different banks and the boleto is not accepted. Don't even call. Nobody answer. The service needs to be improved a lot !!
