I ve been coming to Nicole for a few years now from when she first opened shop. I always leave super excited over my freshly microbladed brows. I ve never been disappointed.

Nicole did my eyebrows and henna yesterday she is so precise and they came out beautiful this is the first time someone ever got my eyebrows right.. she also made me feel very comfortable .. thank you so much can t wait for 3 weeks to get them done again

Was kept waiting for an hour and left without being seen. The assistant was snotty and rude when I asked about the long wait. She never came to tell me there was a delay, only mentioned it after I'd waited for thirty minutes and asked about it.

I m a client with brown skin tone and combination skin and Nicole nailed it. I m absolutely loving my brows and rocking them currently with no makeup. I m a perfectionist so I travel from Brooklyn for excellent service. Oh and she s very friendly, takes her time and fixes on the spot any minor issues you might have.

Wow, Wow the place is amazing. Good old fashion customer service, their interpersonal skills are out of this world. Nicole (owner) knows how to run a business the right way. Lauren did my microblading perfect. She talked me threw the whole process step by step, took her time. She really takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares for people not the money. Amanda is awesome!! Extremely knowledgeable, very polite knows exactly how to treat people. Just can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Will definitely recommend my friends and family.

Love this place! Nicole was great! I got my eye brows micro bladed here and was so impressed. Nicole is very professional and I am so happy with the result! You should be comfortable with where you go for this type of procedure and I can say that you will be in very good hands here. They were really great about giving me realistic expectations and preparing me for the proper after care to get the best result. Its worth it if you have thin brows like me! :)

Literally obsessed. Nicole is amazing!! I had a huge scar on my brow from childhood and that thing is not even noticeable anymore!! My brows look great and I can FINALLY say goodbye to constantly buying eyebrow pencil to fill them in, and spending a half hour in the morning trying to make sure they are even and look normal. I had my eyebrows microbladed/ 3D tattooed and absolutely loved it!!! Nicole the owner and seasoned artist is simply the best around. Reasonably priced, courtest service in a clean and cozy, private room, which is disinfected prior to each appointment, and equipped with an autoclave to ensure your health and safety.

I cannot say enough good things about Precision Spa! Ive been working with Nicole for well over 5 years shaping my brows, and when she started microblading I was so nervous but Nicole walked me through every step easing all my worries. She has completely helped me redesign achieve the most amazing brows! The healing process is tough but absolutely worth it! Her spa is so well designed and immaculately clean and all her staff are so well educated on the process and helpful. I also love that they also offer other beauty services like facials, brow tinting and lash lifts!

I booked an eyebrow microblading on Friday for the following Friday. When I called I was told I had to leave $100 to hold my apt. So I did. Then she said we will be emailing you information. I said ok. Over the weekend I had an emergency. I called Monday and left a vm to cancel and asked for a call back. The next day I spoke to the receptionist and told her I had to cancel due to an emergency and at this time could not justify spending that kind of money for my eyebrows so can I please have my $100 refunded. She said " Oh no. We don't do refunds." I said"what do you mean you don't do refunds. I was NOT disclosed that". She said "we sent it in an email".I said "oh the email you sent AFTER you took my money???? No. I need to speak to the owner". She said "She'll call YOU back".Well as expected she didn't. Luckily my bank agreed that kind of extortion is unacceptable. I could see holding the money if I waited to the last minute but I gave them plenty of notice. Shady Shady Shady. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. Still waiting for that call lol

Highly disappointed. Went to Precision Spa, Nicole, because of all the great reviews. She was late for both appointments. First appointment and the touch-up. Didn't outline, or measure my brows. Which is stated on her website. She did it all by her "eye". They came out uneven. She said that at the touch-up she would correct them. Obviously, she didn't. Very rude and not understanding of my feelings. And if I wanted her to correct it. It would be an additional charge. Found Veronica at "Brows For Life. And she did an amazing job!! She actually measures your brows and goes over what shape would be best for your face. Very patient and took her time. Did not rush. Very understanding and answered all my questions. She corrects eyebrows all the time "hint". I usually don't give reviews. But in this case I had to share my experience...

I was lucky enough to be on of Lauren's first clients for microblading. After making an appointment, I was so nervous and when I arrived I almost wanted to turn around and leave, but i'm SO glad I didn't. The atmosphere was calming and pretty. I was greeted instantly, signed a wavier and was offered a drink. I was brought into the room and laid back on their comfy chairs. After Lauren explained to me how microblading works I was more confident that she would do an awesome job. The process took about an hour and she was done. The first look into the mirror I was shocked, They do come out thicker & darker don't be alarmed!! I wish I knew they wouldn't stay like that forever the first time. I thought to myself OMG I look like a clown. It's totally normal and the color fades into perfection !!! Clean space and very professional, Drove over an hour to see Nicole and Lauren- my local spas that offered the same service did horrible work. Long waiting list but worth the wait. Thank you ladies!!

had my brows done by Netta she was very nice but my brows did not take the ink and what ink did stay are thick lines and one eyebrow didn't even take most if the ink is gone... i was told that i would have to pay to get an additional touch up and after paying 800.00 i don't think i should have to pay again... my brows should of looked amazing after paying that money and they don't... there IG page shows all the after pics but nothing when they are healed .. terrible and will not recommend them to anyone .. what a shame because i really had high hopes for this place..

One of the best decisions I've made was to have my brows microbladed by Lauren! I was nervous to do this for years, and I wish I had done it sooner - it's honestly life changing! My brows look amazing and my makeup routine is much quicker, I never have to fill them in. Lauren is a perfectionist and truly talented!

This was my first visit but definitely not my last. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff is very friendly, as well as, professional. A sincere thank you to @laurenferrara! I am very pleased with my eyebrows. Netta did an outstanding job. The first few days after the treatment were difficult, but it was all worth it in the end.

Me and my sister got our eyebrows done with Netta... Place is clean, Girls were really nice..But....
so we drove over 1 hour to get there... we got out first session done ...6 weeks later got our 2nd session...and we are healed...and they look terrible .. so when i called and explained the situation they stated we prob need another touch up and they will discount us for the session. REALLY??? Im sorry but we just spent $700 each we shouldnt have to pay anymore money...my sisters eyebrows dont even look done and have spots missing looks like she has bald spots ... my eyebrows, one is thicker than the other... one has dark thick lines and the other is light and doesnt look done ..its our face and ... not saying it wasnt done right but for the money we spent should be done with no complaints...Its just disappointing that we spent all this money for nothing...$700.00 each ,,,our eyebrows should look amazing...our IG pics look great that was right after they were just done but once they healed we look very different... Wish the experience was different...I Do Not Recommend this place...

Lauren is amazing! I ve been a client since 2017 when Lauren micro bladed my brows. I literally had no brows prior to this. None. Zilch. But she created a look that forever changed my face. I referred several since then and one recently took the chance and loved it. Best! The ladies are very nice and friendly here as well. The owner Nicole has always been very pleasant and down to earth. Highly recommend!

Went twice so far for a henna and shape with Lauren. She is friendly and welcoming. I have been seen within 5-10ish minutes from my appointment time, so that's not too terrible and I understand that other clients run late, which isn't their fault. I like the atmosphere and set up, very relaxing and nice. I plan to continue to go to Precision Spa and look into what other services I may be able to get done there.

Lauren and Nicole are eyebrow masters! I ve been doing microblading and eyebrow shaping and tinting with Lauren for 2.5 years and I m obsessed. Had light blonde very little hair before and now they really frame my face and match my dark brown hair. I highly recommend Precision!!

Lauren has become my brow angel! I got microblading done over a year ago that I'm obsessed with and now I go every 4 weeks to get my own brows shaped and tinted (since they are blonde) . My microblading has lasted and was worth every penny. This is the only place I would go to for that. They are the best of the best and also extremely clean and professional yet fun and welcoming.

I just had my first touch up for my eyebrows 2 days ago. Let me start off by saying I have serious OCD about my eyebrows and my face. I'm getting married in 4 months, and I have fair skin, and light hair. I was in my early 20's during the 2005-2008 thin eyebrow phase, and abused the waxes and threaders. What little hair I do have left, is so light it's basically non existent. I first started going to Precision to get facials (AMAZING by the way.... the line that they carry is top notch... I'm due for another one). I started toying with the idea of microblading but I was petrified. I spoke with Nicole about it, and she said that Amanda would contact me through email (I'm hard to reach through phone during work hours) and we could set something up. Amanda promptly followed up with me, we went back and forth about scheduling an appointment that fit well within the time frame for my wedding, along with my touch up (that's included in the price). The day FINALLY came in early March, and at that point I stalked the instagram page so many times I was pumped. They send you information a few weeks prior to your appointment so you follow them for the best application possible (what to avoid using on your face, what vitamins to avoid etc). Amanda went through the waiver with me, and Nicole was right on time. She talked me through the ENTIRE process. I need full understanding, and she most certainly gave it to me. I asked how she found the symmetry in my face to do a make up application mock up, and she explained it to me. She did the mock up, and showed me. I expressed that I felt that they were a bit thick for my liking, and she said she would thin them out a bit HOWEVER to be aware that after the healing process, they thin out. She made a blueprint with a surgical pen, and got to work. She explained the products to me, gave me information about the ink and how it was made, that it was plant derived, how she came up with custom colors, why things felt the way they did, I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I WILL say, that upon first glance I was shocked. I'm used to seeing nothing where my eyebrows are, and they were bold, and dark, and thick. But she, Lauren, and Amanda all assured me.... "give it a week.... let it settle.... they will thin out, lighten up and become perfection". I foolishly deleted the after care email that I Was sent, thinking I had it all under control, but I needed to get in touch with someone about a question I had in terms of washing my face after the 1st week of healing. I was answered immediately, and given all the information that I needed. I also have very severe combination skin. My T-zone is so greasy it's just yuck. Nicole explained to me that I would have a bit of a different healing process due to that, which she was absolutely correct. I had a bit more color fall out in one brow than another, and one brow thinned out more than the other. But to be totally honest, even if my brows stayed like that forever, it would be a 110% improvement. But the thing is, NICOLE TOLD ME THIS.....I went in for my touch up, and again she explained everything to me, how she came up with this new color (for dimension) and it was a great experience. I highly recommend investing in this procedure, and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Nicole, and Precision Spa (Lauren too!!!!! I saw several of her clients on my 2 appointments and they really nailed it). I cannot wait for my brows to fully heal to add pictures. Thanks guys, you really really REALLY brought my confidence back <3 **I highly suggest looking at the picture I have added.... that is 100% all Nicole's work in place of my non-existent eyebrows. That is NOT hair... those are healed strokes, and touched up strokes to imitate the appearance. Let the quality of the work speak for itself. **

I had Lauren do my eyebrows for the 1st time last week and I loved how she did them. She is also as nice as she is talented with those tweezers!

Nicole is AMAZING!! I went back for a touch up after two years of my initial microblading session and I am beyond happy with how they turned out!!! The facility is gorgeous & clean. I felt so relaxed after my session that I didn t want to leave!!

Oh my goodness. I feel like I cannot fully express how much I absolutely adore everyone at Precision. As a hairstylist myself, I take pride in consultations and executing a perfect job every time. Precision is nothing short of perfection. I ve seen Lauren 3 times now, first for my initial consult/microblade, second for my 6 week touch up, and third for my 6 month touch up. I never realized how bad my brows were until we compared the before and after photos. I felt so extremely comfortable after my thorough consult, after the makeup was drawn on & making any tweaks, and I also didn t feel anxious asking 100 questions - which Lauren had all the answers to. Kayla is also extremely awesome, answering my emails ASAP, which I appreciate so immensely. Setting up appointments is a breeze. On top of perfect microblading, Lauren also gave me great recommendations for a skin care routine, which I lacked. My skin has never looked better. Plus, she never ever tried to up-sell a service. Lauren truly caters to her clients. I look forward to every visit at Precision. I recommend all of my clients to go there as well. If my microblading didn t look so damn good, I d be there every week. Thanks for changing my life in the best way, Precision Spa!!

About a year ago I came here for microblading with Netta. She was amazing and did an amazing job, that still look great! At the time Netta was new to the spa and I got locked in at a specific price. Netta is no longer with the spa, so I emailed them to see if I was still locked in. They agreed to my locked in price, which was great. I emailed them back to set up an appointment and got no response. I felt like they didn't care about my business because it was cheaper than their usual clients. I found another great spa that does microblading and will not be recommending precision from now on.
