Great facility and great people. Support is always so helpful. Have really enjoyed working with Precision Planting for the last couple of years. They are like family.

Called customer service about a problem I was experiencing with their finger meters. The representative knew exactly what I was talking about immediately (obviously a known problem). He told me that it was the seed corn companies fault for too much variability in seed size. He then suggested that I trade planters (corn price currently under $3). Finally he told me to get a dremel tool and modify part of the meter. When asked why they don t fix this known problem, he told me that they would have to change the mold and that it would cost too much. Unbelievable!
