Precision Cabinets and Trim Review

We had a broken cabinet door, we called for a consultation and to see if they could fix it. Steve was really helpful throughout the process and they helped fix the door. It works as good as new now! Definitely will come back if we have any more troubles.

Love the whole experience of being there nice people and faces with great work ethic was especially fascinated and moved by the way Guadalupe helped,directed,informed me of anything I asked her whoever is her boss should give her a raise she deserves it I hadn t had that kind of service there in a while until I stumbled upon her.

Have used them for several items Kitchen and Bath remodels. They are getting worse and worse. They last a customer focus and are unclear. They make lots of statements and promises but do not live up to them. I have done lots of remodels on my home. There are better less painful options. Don't buy into the sales team they are not connected to manufacturing nor installation. You will not be happy you spent lots of money and received poor products.

We are very pleased with our cabinetry. Both design and quality of work was 5 star. Yes a few challenges. We know in the construction/remodeling world there are going to be challenges. It s how the challenges are addressed that make the difference. Precision has address all our questions and concerns to our satisfaction. 2 months after completion we had a question about a drawer slider. No questions asked they sent a technician out and replaced the slider.
