Production department does not give you anytime to train within 2 weeks instead of 30 days my son was told he was not a good fit, no explanation, no verbal warnings nothing in writing just released, went in everyday and on time, training was poor and rushed, then you have no chance very much a cut throat company improper training and no loyalty to new hires constantly hiring as they layoff so much also they start you through a temp agency for your first 30 days, beware...
