Asista333 is a racist company and discriminates against its applicants in this opportunity I have to live it in first person I went to my first interview as I am without hiding anything I wear my long hair to the neck for religious reasons I am of Indian roots of Hindi religion specifically but Venezuelan because I was born here. The girl treated me with respect and did not see any problem because she saw in me my abilities and experiences and not the long hair. they called me the next day for my medical check-up and that same day they sent me by mail that I had to go to their offices the next day to sign a contract, the day that I met to sign a contract, I was introduced to the supervisor or direct chief person they made me understand, because the lady did not think I had long hair my postulation was for a network of supermarkets exelcior range obviously in the company where I worked previously a network of supermarkets never saw any problem because they used implements tapaboca, hats etc thing that is usual in any food company worldwide, the supervisor lady that hurts I do not remember her name, she told me that I looked good but that I had to cut my hair, which I could not accept, which impressed me since at this point 2019 a person who thinks in such a retrograde way literally confuses me, I show him for reasons of culture and religious I could not cut it, she made the decision to make a call to exelciior range to see if they caught me and the answer was a negative, all these ask but the girls of the exelc range to enter to cut their hair? or the company does not wear caps or hats? I'm a man but I think my hair does not stop me from doing a good job if I wear it short? I know that I have to take it back, she told me that not all of these interviewers informed her that if I could work in an area where it is not in the supermarket, I would store it and even if the woman did not want or did not want to , I think that people with such backward thinking should not be in positions of personnel they do not see or value being as it is if not because of their appearance, that is why this country will be and will continue to be with the third world's mind per person like that, . the supervisor this is a lady with very short hair and looking

They really took the sovereign trouble of publishing / commenting on a string of lies that really "benefit" them if you need a job, leave this company the last in your options, they take time with the payment of the liquidations and the level of hypocrisy is brutal , 0 in ethics and 100 in hypocrisy, it really is another experience that only goes on your resume and it does not matter, they are not leaders since many other calls pay on time and there really is a concern for their workers. Not recommended.

They always call me for interviews I pass the first interview then I do the pre-employment exams I pass them they call me for a third interview casually the person does not go and they do not call me anymore it has already happened 2 times .....
