Beware of the signs! I always loved coming to this place when in Champaign, but will hesitate in the future. It's a lovely store, but on my way back to Chicago after spending over $300, I realized that I was not given the 50% off sale price on the garlands I bought, which at full price were rather pricey and I would not have purchased them at that price. I called the store and they said they'd look into it. After several hours they let me know that the garlands I bought were not on sale, even though the sign I read said something like "all garlands over $x.xx 50% off." She claims that it said "spring and floral" and I bought fall garlands. It was not obvious that there was a differentiation since the signs were posted in both sections. She said I could ship them back and they'd give me a refund. Well, they are bulky and the shipping cost would be prohibitive. I cannot just get in the car and drive 150 miles to return them. Seems like they could have done something more for customer satisfaction given the unclear signage, but no... I noticed that the employees in several sections of the store yesterday were less than friendly. So sad. Really makes me reconsider spending my money there again. UPDATE: They called back today and said that the buyer would allow them to credit me with 30% off due to the confusion over the signage. That seemed more fair and warrants an additional star for the customer service.

Need more native prairie plants in their vast selection of annuals. More native perennials, please.

This was my first visit. Nice place, beautiful items. Very rude staff, I was in every department, no one spoke to me or asked if I needed help.

Huge selection of excellent looking plants. The staff is really friendly and there seems to be enough that they are readily available for helping customers.

Seemed like a really nice store but I had alot of difficulty finding anyone to help me find a certain plant that I was looking for. When I did find a worker she just gave me a general direction and told me they're alphabetical before she said she was already helping somebody else and walked away. I ended up leaving cause I couldn't find what I was looking for & couldn't find anyone else to ask questions to.

Beautiful! You can find anything you need here. Thanksgiving and Christmas galore!

This isn't just a plant nursery. It's a haven from everyday life. Such a great variety of flowers, trees, herbs, vegetables, fruit and all things garden related. I'd pay to work in this place.

Huge selection. I spent an hour and a half roaming the isles. So much to see & some really great bargains, especially when it's Christmas time. This place has been around since I was a child in the 60's.

I want every plant in this place!! Gorgeous, healthy plants and the variety is outstanding. That said, they are pricey, but I didn't mind because the quality was there. Unfortunately, they do not warranty their perennials for longer than 30 days. Everywhere I buy plants guarantees their perennial plants for 1 year. Due to their short warranty, I won't buy plants there again. The perennial I bought is looking pretty bad. $40 out the window .

A great experience full of great home decor and purfect for when your looking for perfect decoration for the holidays.

Really nice guys there. I would suggest entering from the Duncan street entrance staying to the left gravel road, if delivering flowers or plants. The dock is very tight and they ask that you not drive on the sod. If you can't back from the right or prefer not to you will have to go back to that entrance and turnaround anyway. Or you will do alot of work just to find out on your own.

Full service garden center with unique selection of specialty plants, home furnishings, picture framing and ladies boutique clothing and accessories. Always a destination when we are in the area!

So much selection and good prices for plants that I end up having to decide what to get! Amazing cost and pricing for the many different sizes of the same and different species of plants. From dwarf snake plants to massive ponytail palms and even Brazil Pothos plants, I could spend all day in that section! Wonderful selection of planters although a little pricey. The clearance section had everything that no one would buy so I can tell why it s 70% off but other than that it was pretty good. I don t know if I didn t look in every room, but I didn t see any orchids and they were out of orchid bark. Everything is either too expensive or a good deal so I d recommend going in to see what you can find because if you need to make your house look nice, or you just love plants and gardening, this is a nice place to shop. I saw plants that I don t even see at Home Depot or Lowe s even basic cone flowers were displayed with many different color options! Landscaping, house plants, designing a home space, or just to shop around, I d pick this store first over any other big chain.

I want to get flowers that I didn't know anything about I asked someone if they can help me because I didn't know anything about flowers or how to plant them and they took their time to show me what flowers to get and I really appreciated the good help

Prices high, Xmas items are slot of cheaper greenery, not impressed. Was better several years ago.

Love, love, love. Home, and garden place to shop in Champaign.

That place is freaking amazing. I could stay for hours! It has such a variety of plants, bushes, fake flowers, basically anything you could possibly need if your a crafty person. I walk they the door, take a big sigh at the sight of it all, and continue onward while feeling the stresses of the day escape. Love this place! Highly recommend.

It was early in the season this year when I went. They didn't have any plants out yet as it was too cold. I have found in the past they have an excellent selection of quality plants.

I always get garden seedlings here. The employees are very knowledgeable. Big selection of craft supplies and decorations.

The smell of toxic candles assault your head and senses when you get within 100 steps from the door. Migraine inducing! Seizure inducing! This place is overrated and overpriced! Stay away to protect yourself from this toxic environment!!!

Fun, interesting place with lots of different things. More artsy, home decorative and outdoor decor.

There is 1 employee that is the best. Her name is jill. Very smart and knowledgeable. Recommend her for any help you need.

Pricey as hell. You re definitely paying a premium for the selection.

Staff is poor. Very condescending and act like they know everything when they clearly don t. I asked for a fiddlehead fern. Got all sorts of attitude claiming it is a generic name for a newly sprouting fern. Except it s not. It s a common name for a Matteuccia struthiopteris or ostrich fern or shuttlecock fern. Don t act like I m the fool for asking for one.

I worked here as a teenager, now I shop here with my wife and kids. Always something new and cool !!
