Prairie Fire Restaurant Review

One of the most fun places to hang out in all of Overland Park. Tons to do, and great food! We go here often.

Not really much here... the few stores that are here aren't bad but with the movie theater closed due to COVID...it was pretty boring

Lovely little shopping district. Not like your run of the mill strip mall where everything is just carbon copies of the strip down the highway. From the Rock and Brews to Pinstripes they really have plenty to spend your day on.

Love living here. It's been about 6 months and the complaints I have are not with apartment or staff, but residents. Lazy disrespectful people with a sense of entitlement. They don't pick up after their pets. The apartments even provide little stations with bags and receptacles everywhere. People r also to lazy to put their trash in the compactors. They just leave their garbage on a shelf inside the door for someone else to do it. These people should be evicted, PERIOD! If you are going to act like trash, move to the ghetto!

This is a fun outdoor area with numerous businesses to visit. The architecture is visually appealing with all of the businesses having their own touch mixed in. There is minimal outdoor parking but a large parking garage within walking distance of the main area. There is a sidewalk that circles the entire place and has park benches throughout. I have never had a bad experience coming here and have yet to enter/explore all the businesses here.

The only paying is a very crowded parking structure. The elevator at said parking structure had no air flow and felt at least 20 to 30 degrees higher than outside, which kinda stinks when it's 80 degrees outside. The movie theatre looks nice on the inside. The leather reclining chairs don't go back very far, not like the ones at other AMC theaters. The theatre also does not have a free style machine and had very limited soda selections. At least the bathrooms were much better maintained than those at other AMC theaters in the area. Won't be seeing movies there again.

Really enjoy this place. Great selection of restaurants as well as some light shopping. AMC in close proximity and Pinstripes is right there too. Parking garage has ample space.

Nice theatre. Not the highest price around for a movie.

The children's exhibit was super fun for my 15 month old (and many older kiddos too) the dinosaur exhibit had animatronic dinos that blew her mind. Very fun museum. Will be back!

Great place to hang out. Love all the unique restaurants and stores that are there. You can always find something to do because they have various events throughout the year especially in the summertime. The parking can be a little crazy but they do have a parking garage. I recommend checking this area out.

We just used the theater part if it and it was really nice.

Awesome place to get food, they have speakers built into the sidewalks and it's awesome modern atmosphere all around. It can get pretty expensive, and I'm pretty salty Cinetopia was taking over by AMC, But what can you do?

I love Prairie Fire. Rock N Brews, Cinetopia, and PinStripes are some of my favorite places!

Good variety food. I had a hamburger and sweet potato fries which were very good.

This place is great... movie theater, few different options of food places and shops. Great architecture

I hate the parking and traffic routing here. Once you re in it s impossible to get and turn left.

Always a fun time. Hours online almost never match actual store hours though. Everything is fantastic but expensive

Great restaurants, awesome movie theater, perfect parking.
Hell, a tornado blew thru the are while I was watching Infinity War, never even knew and the car was protected.

Great little mall area with good choice of restaurants and some boutique stores. Good strolling areas.

First time I was in this area since they built it. All I can say is wow! That's incredible the structure is dope. At night it looks amazing! Especially if you are walking with your wife. We only went to the movies there. But I will say I need to go back and visit the stores there. I seen some pretty interesting stories I would like to visit. maybe just go back and walk around with my wife and enjoy the jazz music they play.

I will never understand why Missouri loves outdoor malls. Overall prairiefire is s nice replace but its definitely not living up to it's full potential.

Good food at Rockin Brews, service pretty good with friendly staff

We only went to one store but while driving and walking in that area it was extremely clean and super nice.
