This is a nice place to hangout in phi phi. Plae is located at the far side of the island and need a boat to get there. If you are booking this place, inform them to send a boat since its cheaper than other boats. Food is really great. Place is clean. Love to visit again.
Our Superior Bungalow was super cute and the air conditioning worked like a champ! Great beach access and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great experience!
10/10 was amazing. Would recommend. Staff was great, villas are great, sunset pool is great. Customer service is A+ here. Only problem is it is a 30 minute ride to the other side of phi phi where all the shopping and nightlife is. It's 1800-2000 baht round trip and they will wait for you for however long. Wish the hotel had free transportation to and from.

Make sure you get accommodation close to pool for good wifi. The upper villas and studios require considerable stair climbs
It was a nice stay but unfortunately ended in a bad way . My husband wallet disappear and the hotel manager in our opinion had a strange attitude. We knew where we left and it was all video taped but for a strange coincidence that part wasn't able to be watched !

Beautiful beach - where the neighboring hotels maintain their sections significantly better. That was it but also on positive things. The journey is relatively exhausting, as you are driven with a fishing boat from the island center over. The staff is not very friendly. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired throughout the hotel. The rooms are already worn. Windows and doors leaking. The pool is tiny - the pool bar is not working. Generally there was a nasty sewage smell in the whole area. A few meters down the beach there is a small shop - the selection is very limited. You can pay only in cash. We did not find any ATM nearby. So you are very cut off from the environment. If you consider the price level, you can not recommend this hotel absolutely - unfortunately you can not less than 1 star. If you want to visit the corner, take the HolidayInn or the Zeavola - here the prices are at least justified.
Clean resort with a rustic feel. There were many mosquitos out while I was there, but the staff made an effort to spray bug spray when sitting down to eat. The beach and view is great, but don't expect peace and quiet. There is a restaurant nearby that blasts music towards the beach.
The experience of coming off the ferry ship to the long boat and eventually via tractor & trailer on the beach to the resort was a nice and unique experience.
As for the resort, the rooms are cleaned & prepared well. All of what you would expect. Wifi worked well all over the resort which was great. Staff were very helpful but the language barrier (english) was evident with only one staff member at reception at any time able to converse at a basic level. Nevertheless we were treated well, with respect & all requests followed through.
As for negative points.
A) The toilets are European style but you cannot flush toilet paper, which we found a bit gross since you have to place them in the bins provided. This is probably an island infrastructure thing that the resort can't do much about.
B) poor communication about check out times made the end of our stay feel rushed and poorly handled.
Overall 3 stars.
Home top, excellent food and very comfortable rooms
The hotel is on the other side of the island with no connection to Tonsai given by the hotel itself. Also, we needed an early morning private longtail boat to go to Tonsai for an early morning tour but the hotel staff did not help us arrange one. They flat out refused and we had to go to the beach ourselves and negotiate with boat drivers to arrange one. The location is inconvenient (but nice if you want peace and quiet) and the staff is unhelpful.
The hotel is right in one of the plsyas of the phi phi islands .. you can challenge diving excursions or snorkel restaurants with very good food and Thai massages

The location of the resort is perfect for people who want to enjoy the lovely water and dont like crowded places we enjoyed our stay here the staff was very curteous and hospitable<br/>The rooms were well maintained & lovely on a fine food , we througly enjoyed our food and drinks here its the best we have had on our entire trip in thailand the thai green curry is a must try<br/>Would highly recommend this place
Don't be happy ... there's only a restaurant with a hotel
We stayed five days resort directly on the beautiful beach of Laem Tong with white turquoise sea sand and azure we preferred to the most popular Zeavola and holiday inn because life takes place mostly at the beach from breakfast to lunch and truly heavenly dinner all very kind as all Thais. The only flaw the resort would need to be renewed. For those who love movement and shopping, you need to go to the center of phi phi by taxi Boat because it is only sea life
Very good hotel located on a remote end of the Koh Phi Phi island. There are two other hotels by the same beach. You will also find some cosy restaurants in the close neighbourhood. It was very quiet, no tourists from outside of all three hotels.
Rooms were big enough, clean and cosy. Beds were wide and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Breakfast on the beach is something you need to have!

Since my partner and I arrived every experience has been absolutely amazing!!! We were welcomed with friendly staff who offered to clean our feet and provide us with a chilled juice after a ferry from Phuket. Our bedroom was beatifully layed out with a lot of focus on detail. The landscape and ocean view is out of this world. The clear water allows for a great snorkeling experience. This resort is practically the definition of paradise.
The bungalow is large and clean, unfortunately a bit noisy and in need of renovation. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is perfectly adequate. The beach is fantastic.
Mr Levi, the assistant manager was amazing. So helpful and friendly and just a beautiful soul. The resort was perfectly located if chill is what you are looking for. A quick long boat ride over to the main island made this holiday perfectly varied. Staff in general were very friendly and the room we had was clean and quiet. We will definitely be back again. The service is very good, the beach is very nice, the food is expensive as in europe type is included in the account, type 10% and mouth. 7% that everything is exstra placa ie. It's added to the price it says on the map. The Internet does not work in the room just in the Lobby

Stayed here for 3 days. The place is really good with cozy rooms and plenty of space to walk around. Has pool with beach view. Their own restaurant prepares really good food but you can also go out on the beach where you can taste the local cuisines and get to know the island life. You can also take speed boats from to go island hopping. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Had loads of fun at the resort

Can honestly say I wont be coming back here. The cleaning staff & kitchen staff are fantastic, front desk not always as friendly. Our room (we booked a superior bungalow) overlooked the dam at the back and we had mosquitos galore, our room smelt damp all the time too. We were told to sit in reception for internet access but that was a joke. Not sure why but we kept getting kicked off their system. For the price we paid to be staying here, it is just not worth it. We are so far from Tonsai Bay/town & we either booked tickets on their ferry (which travels to Tonsai at 7am daily) for 400 baht or be forced to get a longtail boat for 1200 baht. Too far, not worth the money

Negative point: Although the view from the terrace of the room is sublime in the 300 and 400 series they are discouraged for the elderly or with problems of knees, 42 steps of different depth and height to climb and descend.

The very shallow lead out to the water is incredible and very safe for kids. I ve been to better beaches but this is very very good. I have zero complaints about food or amenities and the accommodations. The only thing I think could be improved is the nasty noise by the electrical wires near the back of the resort, and maintaining the grounds a little better.
The massages were out of this world... laying in a hut with the ocean clasping against the beach while your aches and pains melt away is sublime! Also helps that the massages were actually very good!

So far the most beautiful color of the sea, sky blue and beautiful beach. Great accommodation, rich breakfast and in case of low tide available clean and nice pool. True, the prices for drinks, food and accommodation somewhere else, ie. high. We abstained from 3dny and hoped that it wouldn't hurt us. Greetings from trips to Thailand with my 3 companions.
Excellent place and above all the attention. For example, as they knew it was my birthday they gave me a surprise cake and they sang happy birthday to me at dinner. Are those details that make your stay something beautiful.
